I'm in the country, I could just string some electric fence wire up there, but something about them jumping back in their car all covered with $hit just makes me smile.

I'd take a repeat at the Pope deployment. NC has good cigarette prices, great looking women, and a bunch of good freepers.

Per diem was great.

And the PX over on the army side was really, really nice.

And it's half a country away from any of my ex's.

What isn't to love?

To: Rokke; nopardons

Pease excuse me, I was having a debate with nopardons, in which she threw many insults my way, I kicked her ass and she just vanished. A serious poster would have at least siad OK I can see your point, but I disagree. nopardons is not a serious poster, she is a "drive by poster".

Well, I didn't read your debate, but frankly if your tone during the debate was the same as your tone in that post I'm not surprised she "just vanished". That was hardly the input of a "serious" poster.

Please return to the most interesting debate in the Trouble ahead for the American middle class" thread. Thank you. Pretty please with sugar on top.

Good rant.

I have noticed a lot of attacking around here on both sides of this issue. Everyone should re-think this. We should be discussing ideas and not attacking posters.

If you have no ideas to share, stay off the thread.

Only because you rode the short bus to school.

My mommy called it the tard cart, daddy the window-licker bus.

To: OldFriend

No OldFriend I will be voting in fear and trembling and praying to God that I am not voting for a globalist.
One thing we could do is stand up and tell them all that we know exactly what's going on and we reject it and the perfumed princes they place forward for nomination. We don't have to keep our heads in the sand, and we don't have to take it.

Our troops deserve the best. Are we giving them our best?
We train them to kill the enemy, then ask them to win the hearts and minds of a culture so ancient and inbred with hatred for each other and the infidel that it seems to be a mission impossible.

There is a way that it is possible, there are those citizens of Iraq that are sincere in their gratitude to the USofA, that want democracy. The only way to make that possible for them and not drown them in a decades long civil war, the way to success, is to leave them the only ones left standing in that nation. Even if that means collateral damage. Yet we seem to be over there giving as much respect to those that openly hate us as we do those that are hoping for a better future. There should be no Fajuta, only sand where it use to be, not a pot, nor a shard.

The thought of going to war with the United States should strike such fear and dread in our enemies that N. Korea and Iran would be trembling in their boots, not thumbing their noses at us. That is what we owe our troops.

In 2008 I hope the base will be demanding the Republican Candidate have no history of globalism, or designs on our sovereignty. It should be a question asked up front and an answer demanded of the candidate. We should make globalist a dirty word and a career killer. We could trust our troops in the hands of a Comander in Chief that actually takes his oath of office as more than a mere formality.

You did no such thing.

I didn't "vanish". Just because I didn't answer you, IMMEDIATELY, in the wee hours of the morning, nor get back to you today, doesn't mean that I either "gave up" or somehow should have acknowledged that you "won"; nor that I vanished. I actually have a life and you don't matter one whit in it.

A "SERIOUS" poster wouldn't get his knickers in a twist ( especially when he lost the battle ) and stalk a poster to another thread and spew the vile, spurious, patently ridiculous drivel that you just did.

In this part of the country, you have to protect the general public from an electric fence. Keep it away from children, older folks that don't focus.... things like that.

There are rules. We meet the requirements.

And then there's the cultural requirements. The 9 year olds have to be able to talk the 7 year olds into experimenting with diddling on the fence, without killing the 7 year olds

NOTICE!

KEEP THINGS SAFE! DON'T PLAY WITH WATER(OR OTHER LIQUIDS) and ELECTRIC FENCES!

NOTICE!

I've told 'em. They won't listen.

Been there, done that.

I lived.

You guys are out of sync with your members....much like the GOP Senate.

The bannings and suspensions here are highly subjective and nowadays almost always involve folks critical of Bush or the RINOs.,,,although folks are no longer banned just for saying Minutemen admittedly but you guys are sure editorializing the stew out of those Sidebar titles. Folks are still going to find critical immigration articles even if they don't get sidebar coverage.

You guys....maybe not you personally...have made a tacitcal error in choosing to charter this forum to support the Senate and Bush and their GWP or Amnesty or whatever one wishes to call it.

I have never seen so many GOP angry with their incumbents as now over this issue. Far worse than when Bush I raised taxes.

That's my take anyhow and the dozens of polls you guys have run here prove that my views are in the majority here, the rather loud minority notwithstanding.

So how is all this going to end? I'm really sorry it has to be like this. It's been better.
