What would you send to our Troops this holiday season?

 

We're usually silly in here, but today we thought we'd ask a somewhat serious question. If you could send something to our Troops this holiday season, what would it be and why?

Holidays can be lonely for even some of us that are stateside, but imagine being in Iraq, Afghanistan, Djibouti, Gitmo, or elsewhere and far away from your family.

 

What would you want to have if you were so far away? Make it as silly, serious, or fun as you want it to be. Please don't make it political!

(course he just asked me how long til it's done!):)

Stew, chili & soup....it's what's for dinner in the fall!

The week is crazy, hectic & busy! About the same as yours I'd imagine!

Amen. I found a DVD of Frank Capra's Why We Fight documentaries from WWII, some of the facts then match exactly what's being done in Arab countries today. Spooky.

I can't imagine anyone not liking a good stew! I'll bet he eats it if it is set before him, what do you think? :D

Most of it was roofing tar, there is a couple small cuts but nuttin big.

I just climbed off a roof and quickly put that Blue flannel shirt on. I didn't even really clean up.. : )

They just played it again too. I will keep you informed..
