US MARINE IRAQ VETERAN TO CARRY US FLAG ACROSS NEW JERSEY TO BOOST MORALE OF TROOPS
Press Release | 1/17/07

Posted on 01/17/2007 5:11:21 PM PST by Doctor Raoul

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

US MARINE IRAQ VETERAN TO CARRY US FLAG
ACROSS NEW JERSEY TO BOOST MORALE OF TROOPS

TO: ASSIGNENT DESK, NATIONAL DESK, POLITICAL REPORTERS

WHO: USMC Sergeant Craig M. Breiner, 30 of Howell, NJ
Contact at (908) 415-1640 (available for pre-event interview)

WHAT: Carry the US Flag across New Jersey from Belmar Boardwalk to Trenton State House to garner support for U.S. troops protecting our freedom around the world.

WHEN: Saturday, January 20th

START: 6:00 AM at the 16 Avenue Boardwalk, Belmar

FINISH: 7:00 PM at the State House, 125 West State Street, Trenton

The walk is rain or shine and proceeds down 16 Ave. (Belmar Blvd) to Route 34 North to Route 33 West across the state and to the State House.

WHY: Sgt. Breiner with 7 years service in the Corps is currently an in-active reserve member who has spent seven months in Iraq in 2004 through 2005 serving with the 3rd LAR (Wolf Pack) and the 31 MUE (Task Force NAHA). He offers the following, “We need to bring the morale of our troops up. Everything you see on television and in the news is negative. It’s time we give these men and women credit. Schools, hospitals, and infrastructure projects are being built. But, you rarely see these positive stories being reported. The Iraqi people who suffered terrible torture and had loved ones killed by the former ruling party, thanked us for giving them the opportunity to have a better life. I hope that people will thank a veteran and remember all the good that goes unreported concerning our military.”

Sgt. Breiner welcomes Veterans and anyone interested in showing their support to partake in the march and a non-denomination prayer service upon completion. Media are invited to travel along with Sgt. Breiner.

So why don't we just hand over the U.S. to Chavez, or the Islamofacists.

Every little bit helps. If the fence sitters (and you two sound like defeatist, not a fence sitter) see an option to the cut-run-surrender groups, either they'll stay sitting and out of the way of the troops supporters and their mission, or they'll join us.

That's way the Vietnam protests were so successful, no one cared - just like you.

I assume you were serious about your comment since there was not indication of sarcasm!!

"...no one cared - just like you."

Should I put a little magnet on my car showing I care....?

A magnet or two couldn't hurt. Better yet, try getting out and showing some support.

If you live in the D.C. area, there's Walter Reed or the Olney FReep.

If you live in the southern Baltimore area, I know the anti-American group PeaceAction is active. Start a FReep against them.

If you live above Baltimore, I'm sure Doctor Raoul could use some help in the Philly area.

If you live in western Maryland or the eastern shore, I'm not sure what's going on, but I could probably find you some moonbats to rally against.

This is great, I love it! I hope he has a huge group with him or waiting for him to finish. He's certainly taking steps to bring positive attention to the matter.

But, my oh my, that is one long march. Anyone in NJ in real good shape?

Code Pink Lied
Jary Died

They told Jary that they were there to expose the Army sneaking the wounded into Walter Reed under the cover of darkness. That was their original reason. They may say something else now that their lie was exposed, but that was the reason the gave for occupying Walter Reed.

Giver of Every Good, Orchestrator of Every Good Work, hear us in Jesus' Name!

Thank You for USMC Sergeant Craig M. Breiner, may his heart be blessed!

Thank You that today is the 20th and the weather looks good for this noble walk!

Thank You for the American Flag and all this represents to us as well as to peoples throughout the world: A Nation Free Under God, amen.

We boldly petition Thee, Almighty Father and Lord, for further blessings:

Raise up encouragers along the way for this dear man
Send many video cameras, whether they be held by "newsmakers" or anyone Thou would choose

Ensure that many videos and still photos at many areas along this path are widely broadcast, to our brave troops, to their leaders, to the American public, to the world

Make use of every avenue available for such broadcast, Lord, whether Internet or television or newspapers or posters or flyers or any medium Thou would choose -Drudge, YouTube, FreeRepublic, FoxNews, the Washington Times - all are within Your Hand

Send encouragement, Father and Provider, to all who see, and hold back the hand and tongue of the enemy, all who would protest or disparage these good works - let them be ashamed and dismayed while Your People flourish in Your Parade of Victory, for the Battle is the Lord's

Grant health and strength to this noble man; keep his feet and make a level path; strengthen and grant hope unfailing to him, to our troops, to all who join in this demonstration of support

Let the family members of our brave troops, especially, be uplifted and refreshed

Thank You for sending such grand demonstrations, for raising up such workers, for spreading courage and hope and luster wherever You go, and wherever You send us

Indeed, go ahead and come behind this soldier, dear Lord, and be praised this day and ever, amen.

I am whipped. Had to work till 11PM. And I was on my feet running around for 8 hours not including an hour for lunch, serving many customers, lifting heavy electrical stuff off skids and stocking shelves, sweeping almost half a city block worth of aisles between 10PM and 11PM, and having to push literally dozens of heavey flat bed carts outside the store. So I know how to do what you ask but am rather beat at the moment.
Bottom line. You must upload your pictures to the storage space your ISP allots you. I you do not know how to do that it gets a bit complicated in all the instructions one must provide you to somehow ASSUMING you have a FTP server package on your PC/Mac/Linux other set up to allow for uploading/downloading.
The code to display the pictures is relatively easy to convey, assuming you are somewhat familiar with how to write in html code.
I sense you may not be familiar. The problem is. If someone allows you to send them the pictures embedded in an email format, they must go through all the steps just outlined, which means they must send the pictures to their ISP space. If they have limited space such as I then it sort of compromises their ability to store stuff on the ISP server they connect to.

There is a Web site called tinypic.com that many FReepers use. It is free and you do not have to register.

This photo is from the Ashbury Park Press, and is for sale at their Web site.
