Wow...I don’t know what I did to you...

If you want, I can blast Armstrong Williams...he was all for Imus to be fired, also. He is supposed to be conservative, right??

You say you aren’t easily offended..but I sure don’t know what I did that you are lumping me in “..But YOU only legitimize the DBM when it concerns blacks.”

What do you know about when or if I legitimize the DBM??

MSNBC is little fish in the big pond. Imus should not have been fired!

I can see that, now, after reading your post. It seems as if Imus played the race card by running to Sharpton.

I still think this was a set-up from the Clinton camp. Nobody has the race hustle down like our first black president. Rahm and Hill and Vernon and Bill must be rolling on the floor laughing.

Yeah...there were some freepers that implicated Hillary right from the start...

"Some Freepers" could implicate Hillary in the sinking of the Titanic. Doncha know?

BTW I am a conservative.

So is Armstrong Williams, and he was calling for Imus to be fired.

Currently living, no one touches Thomas Sowell.

After the good Doctor, Condi, just for her accomplishments. Bill Cosby is a serial adulterer, but can resemble a stopped clock on occasion.

This isn't about left or right, this is about a dangerous precedent.... every time Sharpton and Jackson get a little more taste of blood they become even more emboldened. They don't think slang rap that permeates he airwaves is fair game, but any white guy that steps out of line they are waiting to pounce.

I just watched Glenn Beck show talking about a program someone produced on PBS to show moderate Muslims in America and we may never see this because the radicals don't want it seen.

The "Radicals" in every facet of our society are taking over while some, right here, sit back and say "well good" because this time it happened to a liberal instead of a conservative, but the chilling effect is still the same no matter your affiliation.

“No, because if it were not for the extortionists this entire thing would merely be a sad moment. He crossed the line, but as Jackie Mason put it, it wasn’t a henious crime like murder or rape. If we are to hold everyone to the same standards, then why is Jessie Jackson still heading the Rainbow Coalition after his “hymietown” comment?”

Let me see...Kennedy is a senator, Byrd is a senator. He’s heading the Rainbow Coalition because he created it. You can create yourself an coalition....lets call it the Clueless Coalition... call anybody any name you wish; Can even make ‘nappy headed ho’ your motto; and nobody will be able to take away your coalition.

What do they have to gain from taking down Imus? Who by all intents and purposes, belongs on a station in the NYC metro area, that is ranked 17th out of 34 AM and FM stations in the recent Arbitron ratings period, and on a news channel that has enough viewers you could fit in a phone booth.

If Imus was the glue that was holding MSNBC together, you can bet MSNBC will go under soon.

You guys, gotta knock off the Hillary conspiracy talk. She didn't put words in Imus' mouth. Nor did she send him off to Al Sharpton's show.

Imus was fired because GE does not like losing advertisers for one of their investments. If you know anything about the way GE operates, you know this comes down to nothing but dollars. MSNBC would NOT have fired Imus on their own. GE dropped the hammer on Imus, and they will eventually sell of NBC, if they can ever find a buyer.

Poor KO. A willing dupe. Doesn’t he realize that he fits the profile of what Jackson is trying to eradicate: white middle aged man making big bucks. Why should he get prime time? There needs to be a black man in prime time. And the purging begins.

Agree. And if I see Al Sharpton on my television one more time I am going to throw a brick thru it. He thinks he is a big man now for toppling Imus. I hope it comes back to bite him.
