In Boston, WTKK 96.9 (home of Mike Barnicle, aren't you excited...) pre-empted "outdated" tape delayed shows from O'Reilly and Ingraham (damn! no Laura) in favor of the MSNBC feed with Chris "Lardball" Matthews, Keith Overbite (I thought his book "Worst Person In The World" was an autobiography?) and Joe Scarborough, etc. With more details and talk about the package NBC got. WRKO was committed to carrying their last Celtics game. Next year, the Larry Bird's Not Coming Through That Door, Fans Network moves to WEEI...

Unreal—posthumous fame. It was all about him and never mind the innocent people he killed, in his warped mind (I kinda hate to advocate suicide but my advice to those who do a murder-suicide is
to kill themselves first and thus spare the innocents.)
His memory should be forgotten but those who died will
be long in the memories of all who knew them and it’s
horrible that they didn’t get to live their lives fully,
to bear kids, to perhaps teach or start businesses;
all gone due to a madman.
Anyone else agree with me and Howie that this should not be referred to as a tragedy? it’s much worse, it’s an ATROCITY.
I heard Kitty Carlisle died. Anyone have her in the death pool?
I don’t know...I saw the news about her during yesterday’s show and mentioned it on the thread and also emailed Howie but he didn’t mention it on air, assuming he (or Sandy, who probably checks through the emails) saw the email or heard
about her passing.

I had a portable radio tuned to the game and the TV was on NESN; since the NESN broadcast is in HD there’s a delay. So I knew the flyball to J.D. Drew to end the game was coming, even a second or two before the batter hit it.

Boston Radio Watch: “Former WRKO AM 680 morning man Scott Allen Miller will be sitting in for John Gibson on the Fox News Talk network from 6-9pm tomorrow(4/20). Although, the talk network is not heard on any local station, it’s available on satellite services XM and Sirius as well as on-line streaming.”

Alan Colmes, John Gibson, and Spencer Hughes (remember him?) For some reason I note that “Fox
News Radio”’s site has podcast links to those shows plus O’Reilly’s radio show. But I though BOR’s
show was syndie via Westwood One? (Maybe W1 _syndicates_ him but Fox News/Premiere _produces_ it...?)
