There has been a sharp decline in contributions from RNC phone solicitations, another fired staffer said, reporting that many former donors flatly refuse to give more money to the national party if Mr. Bush and the Senate Republicans insist on supporting what these angry contributors call "amnesty" for illegal aliens. "Everyone donor in 50 states we reached has been angry, especially in the last month and a half, and for 99 percent of them immigration is the No. 1 issue," said the former employee.

I could add a list of other ‘great’ accomplishments, like nominating a can’t-prove-it-won’t-admit-it ‘conservative’ CJ and crony ‘conservative’ to the SCOTUS...selling our ports to Dubai...letting our plane get shot down and our pilots rot in China then apologizing to the Reds about it...appointing Mel “Amnesty” Martinez to head the RNC...his new move to establish global ecogoals. WTF? This is a conservative? The RNC needs to stop blowing smoke up our butts. Bush is doing his best to make Nelson Rockefeller look like John Birch.

Today again got a call from RNC, again I told them NO WAY as I wanted to send a message to RNC. The poor girl practically pleaded, guess they have heard about the “shoot the phone solicitors” tactic.
Man after 06 election you think RNC boneheads would have gotten at least a hint. Guess not.

Hmmm...can’t think of much to say to that except...what a silly response. I’ll tell you the truth, the Republicans, especially the Bush brand of country club Republicans have made me sick for a long time. But I’d vote for Hugo Chavez before I’d vote for Hillary. I just won’t give any money to the country club b@s@rds as they sell out my country a little more slowly than the Democrats would. A pox on both their houses!
The Business Advisory Council of the Nat’l Rep. Congressional Committee has been calling me the past couple of months. I finally returned their call and they want me to donate for a Wall Street Journal Ad they are taking out on behalf of small business and tax cuts.
I told the gal that I support tax cuts and any legislation that helps us little guys, but will not be donating to the Republican party until I see how they perform on this amnesty legislation. She countered that it was the House who held the line against the last amnesty attempt and I shouldn’t take it out on them. Still, I won’t contribute one cent until I see them step up to the plate and defeat this shamnesty.
