RNC Fires Phone Solicitors [former donors outraged over amnesty]

There has been a sharp decline in contributions from RNC phone solicitations, another fired staffer said, reporting that many former donors flatly refuse to give more money to the national party if Mr. Bush and the Senate Republicans insist on supporting what these angry contributors call "amnesty" for illegal aliens. "Everyone donor in 50 states we reached has been angry, especially in the last month and a half, and for 99 percent of them immigration is the No. 1 issue," said the former employee.

I am one of those Americans who would do “that” job. I worked in a kitchen, with a bunch of illegals. They would support the other latinos, but not the “anglos”.

The “anglos” ended up doing twice as much work as the latinos. They made it so difficult to do our work that eventually the anglos would quit. Then the illegals would get another buddy hired. When they had half the staff they walked into the boss’ office and demanded a $2 raise, or they all walked.

When it came time for review I told the boss I wouldn’t work for $2 less and hour than the 19 year old kid who didn’t know the difference between an onion, a scallion a shallot and a chive.

I walked and have been out of the labor market since (began my own business). So, this crap about “jobs Americans won’t do” “for less money” is horse hockey.

There are a lot of confused conservatives out there.

Or there are a lot of Rockyfeller Republicans that think they are conservative.

Right back at ya..........

Did you hear about the two ranchers talking...?

One from TX, the other from OK

The TX rancher says, " I can drive all day and never get to the end of my ranch".

The okie...laughs, and replies, "Ha..yeah, I had a truck like that once too."

I’m one of those former donors that told the solicitor a couple of weeks ago that they would not get another dime from me if that amnesty bill passed.

Good for you. I'm beginning to believe this uproar is starting to have an effect on the boneheads in the RNC.

If the national party has any sense whatsoever, they will listen to the people on this issue instead of ignoring them.

” The way they isolated Kathrine Harris here in Fla., no mucho dineros from me to RNC!!! “

Yeah, I’m not sure why I was suprised by the RNC beatdown of Harris, but it kind of pissed me off at the time. Now that I think about it, it still pisses me off a little.

Of course, there were all those press reports about what a witch she was to work for. Her staff kept quitting, and bad-mouthing her in the press. I wasn’t there, I don’t know.

You make an excellent point. If it could be proved we needed another ten million people instantly just run through the waiting lists quicker.

Mexico, for example, has a 128 year waiting list. Most likely the potential legal immigrants from Mexico are the ones who will be set aside to let in the illegals ahead of them.

You'd better believe "look alikes" and "same name" people are going to be looking for their doppelgangers with Z-visas ~ and it'll be a bloodbath down there.

Gad. Don't the Senators think anything through?

Except for the votes on election day.

For some reason, my local congresswoman quit sending me e-mail newsletters after I mailed her some Bush Bucks. Go figure.

He could have the cure for cancer and his numbers wouldn't change. I love the guy, but he isn't going to come within 20 points of the nomination. Fred Thompson is coming in July.. everything now is just cannon fodder... Anyone and everyone on our side thats running is DEAD when Thompson announces.

Nice. Finally, a language those bonehead politicians understand.

Unfortunately, they will understand that they have to further turn away from their base, and toward big-money, special interest lobby groups, since "get myself reelected" is the main thing.

In my book, campaign ads on both sides are worthless propaganda.

A voter must must inform himself on where a candidate stands based on his past history, his voting record.

Yet, we are saturated with campaign ads on radio, TV, snail mail, every election.

Why would the campaign masters spend $MILLIONS to do this, if it wasn't effective?

Too many voters not bothering to get themselves informed. Voting for the guy or gal who looks and sounds the coolest on TV.

they’ll replace those solicitors with some half-priced “undocumented workers”

Or maybe, "Hello. My name is Vijay and I am calling for the RNC. I am wondering if you will be happy to send us a lot more money than you were sending us last year, now that we have solving the border problem so well to your satisfaction. What? I don't understand that word you just yelled. Did you say duckno? Wait I must be getting my supervisor to be helping with this call..."

I'm ready. Actually already joined the Constitution Party.

Need a few more.

Apology accepted.

I’d wipe my ass with the money before I gave it to a RINO. Unfortunately, it’s already too late. I’ve given plenty over the last few years to the RNC. I should have wiped my ass with it.

Of course, after I wiped my ass with it, I would clean it off and use it.

“I think the point is being missed by posters, and the RNC.
Posters here think the RNC may be getting the message. They aren’t. They fired the phone solicitors. They think it’s a problem with the solicitors.”

After what these poor solicitors have been through Im sure this is the best thing that could have happend to them. God is merciful.

I’ve been sending them that “peso” with Bush on it for quite some time now. Or sometimes I just print out an image of a real Mexican peso off the Internet and send them that.

It feels good!

(I also gave the RNC an earful when they called me recently.)

C'mon you two... Diebold has already taken care of both of those problems -- That's what the Electronic Voting Machines are for. It'd be funny, if I weren't afraid it may really be true. (Anyone got some spare tin foil?)
