Former CNN Correspondent Suggests that Hurricane Dean is God's Wrath for President Bush
NewsBusters ^ | August 18, 2007 | P.J. Gladnick

Posted on 08/18/2007 6:46:54 PM PDT by PJ-Comix

One can get an idea of just how far severe Bush Derangement Syndrome has spread in the MSM by reading this blog posted by Charles Feldman, a CNN correspondent from 1983 to 2004. Now freed from the constraints of pretending to be unbiased in public, Feldman lets his BDS hang out for all to see in The Feldman Blog edition of August 17, Hurricane Dean: God’s Wrath For President Bush?

Hurricane Dean, soon to be up graded to a full blown Category 5 hurricane, is taking aim at Texas…the state that gave us George W. Bush. In fact, this could be a second punishing blow to the Tex-assians. Flash flooding from Tropical Storm Erin has already swept away people in the San Antonio area.

While forecasters try to explain why mother nature seems bent on unleashing her fury on the Long Star state, the bigger question to ponder is–is this weather so foul ,God’s retribution for giving onto the world George W?? (Think that last line got me on some FBI/CIA watch list?)

It is something to seriously consider. The Bible is filled with accounts of divine retribution and if there is one thing God ought to be pissed about ,(or at least embarrased about) it’s Baby Bush….and maybe that the iPhone’s battery is all but impossible to replace when it wears out in a year or so.

Keeping with this religious theme…if it is true that man is created in God’s image, the thought that the almighty might look like George W is enough to convert someone to Satan.

Wow. Keep in mind this wasn't just some anonymous loon posting away on a leftwing blog. This far gone BDS post came from a CNN veteran of 21 years. Feldman is currently working as a reporter for KNX Newsradio in Los Angeles and as a contributor to Reuters. I suppose those two organizations are unconcerned about employing a biased moonbat unembarrassed about putting his over the edge BDS on public display.

In the case of Reuters I'm pretty sure it's a requirement.

The Fox weather babe just said that the storm is going to hit between Canada and Texas border.

It won't matter if Jorge Bush has his way with the NAU. Then there will be no borders.

So what does it mean if Dean hits Mexico?

It won't be a big deal. Most of the Mexicans have already evacuated to the US.

Howard Dean, John Kerry, Michael Moore..that seem to be so important only 3 years ago...have disappeared from public media.

here's the comment I left..

This is commentary from a journalist and intellectual. What about Katrina....sins of chocolate and Mardi Gras. Hurricane Charlie...sins of tarpon fishing. Hurricane Andrew....sins of pink flamingo and cocaine.... CNN really made a mistake by losing you.

I just can't wait for the divine retribution to Red States and what your thoughts are about earthquakes in Peru and mine disasters in Utah.

Reuters/Al Jazeera/LA Times have such a great writer...your market share and ad rates are sure to sky-rocket.

Wow. Is Feldman an actual journalist, with a college degree and everything? If so, he’s a helluva advertisement for homeschooling. What an ungrammatical, nearly illiterate rant!

Someone should let him know that hurricane Dean, if it lands in Texas, is NOT following George Bush. It’s following the Katrina survivors who’ve relocated there.

But I doubt God is inflicting his wrath on the good people of Texas.

Specially since Bush was born in Connecticut.

First off, it’ll be 2 hits on Mexico. It’s the other countries they’ll be facing some grave circumstances...due to their hate and hatefulness toward America. And if the loons continue all their hate...they’ll be or are facing it too.

Well, we learned right here on FR that all of the Florida hurricanes a few years back were being bowled by God at Judge Greer for letting Terri Schiavo die - so now I guess even the MSM Left is taking its cues from this site. ;)

Let's start a pool. Question is: how big (size being expressed as common fruit) is the tumor in the higher-reasoning region of Charles Feldman's brain? Ten bucks gets you in.

My choice: a tangelo.

Tangelo? No way his brain is that big. I'd say about the size of a grape, or about double the size of his brain mass.

SO if it plows into Mexico that must be God’s rage at socialist wankerdom? And if it had passed a bit further north and blasted Cuba that would have been God’s punishment for CNN’s favorite commie Fidel Castro????

Just what does this leftist say about Katrina hitting within 30 miles of NOLA, a city and state with Demagogue leadership for generations???? That must have been God’s wrath at the Demagogues, but don’t tell CNN that their ex-bozo thinks he can read God’s intentions in natural disasters.......

Oh, and what does he say about the Tsunami hitting the largest Muslim population in the world in Indonesia, or terrible earthquakes that have hit Iran, Pakistan, Turkey, etc.????? Mighty surprising that CNN’s liberal God would have it in for Muslims.......

He uses similar logic as Osama Bin Laden does. Yes, it was the US government who did those bad things to Arab Muslims. However, since the US government was elected by American people, it’s okay for OBL to punish (read: kill) the ones who elected the government. This guy, hence, seems to see no problem with many people losing their lives, houses, etc. because they elected the evil leader, Bush. That Hurricane Dean might hit many Red States, for him, makes the argument even more justified.

If Dean hits Jamaica it might the end of some drug traffic. Are the gays having another event? They were in NOLA and Katrina came by. They went to Florida and got blowed out by the next hurricane. Next they went to Israel and the Lebanon war broke out.
