Taxation: Giuliani > Clinton
USSC nominations: Giuliani > Clinton
Second Amendment: Giuliani >= Clinton
National Defense: Giuliani >> Clinton
In other words, RG is clearly better than Hillary on three of four - 75% (and is no worse than tied in the other area). So its 75% for Rudy, 0% for Hillary and 25% tie, using this person’s matrix.
Choice seems pretty clear to me.
Hehehehe, i don’t know about that being the only “take away”. I really enjoyed Thompson telling Colmes how ignorant he was and to “read up on it!”
Can anyone say “Bitch slap!”.
And not one candidate seems to be aware of Guiliani’s law firm’s ties to Mexico and the Trans Texas Corridor, the first leg of the NAFTA super highway. Wake up Hunter, Thompson, et al.
Even Dinkins couldn't sustain the pace of a murder every 4.5 hours, every day, for a whole year...a pace that was reached "on his watch".
If folks wanna bash Rudy for his stances on immigration, the 2nd amendment, etc., please go right ahead. But you're going to look foolish attacking what he accomplished in NYC.
No matter what I always say, listen to the enemy. And if folks would take some time to do that across the board, they’d see the same thing.
Rudy is absolutely hated by the liberal establishment and the left in total.
Listen to “independent” Bill Maher and his ilk a little and you can see that immediately and there is no way if the guy did get the nomination that will be reduced.
It would be completely the opposite. Yes, Rudy has an ego and has not extended kudos to Bratton and others. But he is a politician. And one who made a trip with Al Damato to Washington Heights to score crack in a ridiculous attempt at the media spotlight.
So see, some of us know all of it the good, bad and ugly with Rudy. We just know that Hillary is far worse.
That isn’t true.
Have you considered that New York had the most crimes in the nation, and a 66% decrease in crime there would add significantly to the national decrease.
You can come out from under your rock now.
I hope that wasn’t serious
if it comes down to Rudy or Mrs. Clinton,
you’ll hold your nose like me and pull the
lever for Rudy.
Horse pooh of a choice.
Yeah, Fred was spankin’ him for it. If those watching saw RG’s display, he sucked.
If you are really think it was serious, you have a major problem. I am tired of hearing that Rudy Giuliani “owns” 9-11. His answer for any question is “When I was Mayor of New York on 9-11”. What did he actually do? He is no different than John F’ing Kerry claiming VietNam in every breath.
So he may be better on Taxation than Hillary, but since he's pro abortion, anti-second ammendment and pro-illegal invasion, that means he's one notch better than hillary? There is no indication he would appoint Justices that we would consider conservative.
The city's murder rate fell by 13.7 percent, robbery fell by 14.6 percent, burglary fell by 17.6 percent, and auto theft fell by 23.8 percent.
Giuliani was about as responsible for the drop in crime in New York as Clinton was for the economic growth in the 1990s.
New York State gets back less in federal spending than it sends to Washington in taxes. At least it's been that way for the last twenty years or so.
Granted, New York's problems aren't always America's, but "attitude" cuts both ways.
Here’s is a statistical overview on crime rates. The drop in crime in the Northeast is notably larger than anyplace else, but I haven’t read the entire report yet.

The adoption rate nationwide has risen dramatically in the past twenty years. However, nearly all of the adoptions have been of Eastern European and Chinese babies. The reality is that for all intents and purposes there are no “unwanted” American babies to adopt.
