COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — At least four people were shot outside of a Colorado Springs church on Sunday, but it was not immediately known whether the shootings were related to an earlier shooting about 70 miles away, authorities said.
There was a LOT disclosed about Haggard . . . plenty, imho.
And then when he had the audacity to whine about money, the overseers came down on him even harder . . . fittingly.
Glad she was there. I just heard on Fox that she shot him twice - after the first shot he went to reach for a grenade or bomb (they weren’t sure what it was) and she warned him not to do it and then shot him again.

I worked as a computer programmer for many years coding in COBOL. We had to enter the letters in caps for them to be recognized by the compiler which translated the words into computer executable instructions. We also had to use ‘ instead of “ for our literals.
When I first started programming, we had to literally print the words and letters on paper coding sheets to be keypunched into cards. I’ve developed the habit of printing everything instead of using cursive writing because it is easier to read and I had to do the coding that way anyhow.
I have no problem typing or reading caps because thats how I worked for several years.
I have also suffered abuse from the self righteous individuals who haven’t had my 35+ years experience in working with computers.
The best thing to do is simply ignore them because they know no better.

As for posts dropping off... This thread has only had 2 new pages (200 or so posts) since I logged off last night around midnight. I think the dropoff in posts can be attributed to the fact that it’s a Monday morning vs. a Sunday afternoon/night. After all, most people who were posting yesterday are probably at work...
Some more details. Press conference at 8PM (mountain, I presume) with both Police Deparments. Thus clear it was one shooter and everything indicates it was Murray.
Was indeed homeschooled. Took one class at Colorado Christian University last year and dropped out.

Both Liberty Rocks and your comments K4 have been very cogent and excellent points of view. Who knows the answers for sure why kids do these shootings... perhaps that evil dark influences are the driving forces. Notice how these shooters end up killing themselves too....it’s similar to suicide bombers on a mission and they serve their purpose killing others and themselves dying as their endgame in their twisted pursuit of purpose.
I don't think there are any similiarities at all, really; these kids typically have a long history of serious mental problems, while studies of Palestinian suicide bombers finds them to generally have been completely sane.
One can say that Hitler’s SS henchmen were completely sane too. They knew what they were doing in murdering innocent humans for their twisted greater cause. Good point.

You don’t have to be insane to be evil, of course.
If there is a common thread in a lot of these shootings it may be the frustration of a teenage/early 20s male with limited social skills who simply isn’t getting any, especially when you perceive that lots of other guys are.
I never contemplated going on a shooting spree, but when you’re that age it’s an unbelievably frustrating preoccupation.
