I’m not voting Libertarian, I’m not voting at all if Huckabee or McCain are nominated. I’ll go further than that and switch my registration to independent.

It’s the contrast he has with Huckabee that is remarkable...I would much rather have Rollins on my side for damned sure...

Huckelberry is Pat Robertson ‘88 redux, now if he would quietly slide away and let FRed and Mitt duke it out.

Just curious as a former LP’er... Who do you see as getting the LP nomination at this point? I haven’t kept up at all with their dealings, but I’m still curious.

Chris Matthews is screaming that the story of Iowa is that 3/4 of those who could, chose not to vote for Hillary...

........I’ll take Lincoln’s advice and buy Matthews a case of scotch

He played and sang at the Freepers dance that long ago night in January.

I'd forgotten! The "Count the Silverware Inaugural Ball"! LOL!

I remember thinking he was a rube back then....guess not much has changed.

Britt basically called him a sourpuss. LOL!

I went back to see the comment on which you commented. Been removed by the moderator. Kept going back and voila, there it was. It was a statement of opinion and I don't think it should have been removed.

149 votes, 64 to Huck, 25 to Paul, 25 to Romney, 25 to Thompson Ron Paul tied for 2nd?!? In my precinct, yes it was. I believe it was my stirring speech for Ron Paul! But please don't lump me with the Paulnuts. I was talking up Fred too.

Didn’t Dean and McCain win Iowa too? How did that work out for them?

Actually, Kerry won Iowa and Edwards was second.  It worked out just fine for both of them until November.

Considering that McCain spent virtually no time in Iowa, he’s certainly polling better than expected.

You McCainiancs don't really expect anyone to buy this nonsense do you? He was suppose to finish 2nd or 3rd. He was suppose to be up around 18%. McCain should bail. Even if he wins NH he got no money and no support anywhere else. McCain is a spoiler, keeping the base sectionalized. He got no shot and if it weren't for his over inflated ego, he would of never hung in as long as he has.

Lord Jesus. As great as our country and people are, why would a state send Huckabee or Obama to lead us, especially during these times?

Because we haven't learned our lesson yet?

Good question.

Hard to believe Huckabee and the liberal mainstream media pulled this off- I am not amazed as the liberal media has too much power.

Rollins wants to destroy the GOP

This from someone who supports a lying, flip-flopping, Culture of Death-supporting, gay-loving, gun-grabbing liberal.

Well, and he (Huck) is for the Human Life Amendment.

So we would get a candidate who is no more pro-life than several others because he supports an amendment that he cannot pass, cannot introduce, cannot sign. You do understand that the President doesn't have a role in amending the Constitution, don't you? Talk about style over substance!

Well, I did hear that the Evangelicals got real organized for this one and centered it around Huckabee. I mean, if the Evangelicals get going around a candidate, the fact of the matter is that you’re just not going to elect a President and go against that group... That’s just the way it is...
