The guy behind the situation in Berkeley is Steve Freedkin. He is the chair of the Peace and Justice Commission that submitted the recommendations that the Berkeley City Council relied on in making its decision.

Perhaps the conservatives are sleeping and not getting the word out, no one is covering the HIllary Trial Feb21 including Limbaugh who is bashing McCain, and Coulter who is joining the Marxist bandwagon.
