Hells Bells.

If Howard Fineman of Newsweek and MSNBC's favorite Mainstream Media go-to guy can do his best reporting from the Green room (the holding area where guests get make-up and hair done) -- so can I.

I was invited on Hannity and Colmes on Friday night to talk about THE SEDITION REPORT  released by Move America Forward earlier in the day at a national press conference in Washington, D.C. before the moonbats took to the streets spreading lies about our soldiers during the Iraq Veterans Against the War propaganda-fest. Of course, those half-baked contentions were  soundly refuted.

I found out late that evening that the whole show was going to be Obama, Obama, Obama and his connection to the Trinity Church in Chicago and the hate-filled rantings of it's retiring pastor Jeremiah Wright.

As I was waiting to go on-the-air, Major Garrett of Fox News was on stand-by to do further reporting on his excellent interview with BHO in which he simply asked a number of questions like: "Did Reverand Wright marry you? Did Reverand Wright baptize your children? How often did you attend church? Did you donate money to the church?"

After that segment aired, Major Garrett's phone started buzzing. He recieved a call from Obama's campaign, and they were REAMING him over the report. From his end, I heard Garrett say "I have nothing to apologize for."

He repeated that several times, and he amplified by saying that he was merely asking questions that everyone wanted answers to.

That did NOT satisfy Obama's people, and Garrett flushed a couple of times while responding to the invective thrown his way.

He finally ended the conversation by saying 'I'll see you guys in April after I go home and visit my three children who barely know their father anymore."

I was scheduled for the last segment with Sean Hannity and Alan Colmes. Bob Beckel, a Democrat strategist with whom I have shared a split screen on several previous occasions, went on just before me.

This time, he was FURIOUS. Madder than I have ever seen him on TV. He was making a point that I didn't really understand about kids who go to Obama's church growing up to become President, and was drilling Sean about that.

Whatever.

Here's the interesting part.

After the segment was over, I exchanged seats with Beckel. As he was leaving, he slammed the studio door so hard that it almost broke some expensive audio/video equipment, according to the technican who was threading my microphone.

He was STEAMED.

Later, I asked him why he was so upset.

He replied ..."because Obama's people didn't vet him and now Hillary's going to win.'

Catch that? A senior Democrat strategist thinks that Obama has lost the campaign over his association with Reverand Jeremiah Wright's militant separatist language that includes statements like "God Damn America."

I pointed out in my segment that my co-author Catherine Moy wrote about Obama's close personal association at this very website about a year and a half ago. Catherine and I were excoriated for making that piece public.

What a difference a year or so makes, plus VIDEO of those hateful rantings.

I think Bob Beckel really loves Obama. But just a guess on my part. An educated guess, but a guess.

I know for a fact that Alan Colmes does.

My advice to any pundit going on TV --stay away from Bob Beckel when he gets mad.

You might get singed.

P.S. Beckel was really quite lovely to me after he cooled down. He even complimented me on my H&C segment.

And that's my complete report from Inside the Green Room....

And why did the MSM choose to dump it now??

Easter week...to help with the crucifixion defense of Wright by the vast right wing conspiracy.

Beckel was Mondale's campaign manager. We all know how well THAT campaign worked out.

If you look at the bitter 'expert analysts' on the tube lately, almost every one of them, Beckel, Estrich, Morris, for example, all ran losing campaigns.

I would like to be around Beckel when he’s in one of those moods. I would slam his pasty wide a$$ to the floor if he tried that crap with me. As we say down South, this dude needs a whupping, bad.

I have a very simple way of dealing with bullies, and I'm frankly happy that I don't have to deal with many in my life.

I simply revert to my old "Battery Commander" mode, as I call it. Nose-to-nose, fire in the eyes, and 110 decibels of righteous anger.

My old First Sergeant put it another way, this from a man who was 6'4", 210 lbs, -5% body fat...you know the type. About 6 months into my command, he came into my office and said, "Sir, I know when you are not to be messed with by anyone. Your eyes get real small, like when a rattlesnake is ready to strike. When I see that, I tell everyone to steer clear of the old man."

I was in decent shape back then, 5'11", maybe 180-185. I was initially taken aback by that comment, saying "you've got to be joking". By his protestations to the contrary, I knew he was not joking.

From that point on, I learned to use that mindset, and that "look" on an as-needed basis.

You forgot Bob "Oh-for-Eight" Shrum. LOL!!!

Having Shrum manage your campaign is like having Bear Stearns run your mortgage division.

He was the author of Mondale's infamous comment: "Yes, I'm going to raise your taxes, and so will Reagan"..LOL!

That single handedly destroyed Mondale; he never got out of the starting block..Beckel is an arrogant lefty, its like hes living in his own world

“For my money...Beckel and Estrich should both be dropped off on a tiny island somewhere...with no television, no radio, and no internet...”

I quit watching the H & C show some time ago for the same reason I couldn’t tolerate looking at or listening to Colmes. He is such a twit. Hannity would do so much better solo. If they really want ratings sky rocketing, I don’t know why FOX doesn’t wise up.

Well, that image has pretty much sapped my will to live. Where did I leave that raazor...?

For McCain to select Senator Lindsey Graham as his V.P. — would make a gift of the White House to the Democrats, and destroy whatever is left of the Conservative movement within the Republican party...

It WOULD be in character with McCain’s history of stupidity.

Those who watched this show would have noticed that Beckel made a freudian slip which undermined his whole argument and made Hannity’s. Toward the end of the interview Hannity asked what Beckel do if his Pastor made such comments from the pulpit. Beckel looked at him in horror and said “My Church would NEVER say anything like that”. Beckel missed the incredible irony of his statement.

"My worry is that guess who is with McCain on this trip to Iraq???? Lindsey Grahman. I got a bad feeling about this. "

Oh no. I've talked myself into voting for McCain, but his butt-boy as VP? Oh no...

Sorry...I was counting on them being as impotent biologically as politically. The possibility of them procreating is, indeed, horrific...

And, now...I can’t shake the visual. Time for another Scotch.

>>>Lindsey Graham<<<<

((((shudder))))

I’ve been worrying about that too.

What happened to Lindsey? He was a good guy for a minute. Now he makes me physically ill. For real.

We are fools to let this story get out there befor the time is ripe. let obama be the nominee and defeat *him* not Hillary.

Sums it up perfectly- Obama wasn’t vetted properly- Hillary will get the nomination...

...not necessarily...if Hillary is behind this expose she is way too late for it to be useful...she can’t get the nomination without the intervention of the superdelegates, who have no agenda other that winning the general election...if they think McCain will defeat Hilary, but that Obama would defeat McCain, they will nominate Obama, even if he personally admitted to masterminding 9/11...

Well, I do believe Obama is a lot more lovable than that prickly prig, Hillary.

The democrats are sick of Billary. They got Obama, he has the same policies, so they are not losing anything in that arena. The difference is he doesn't have a secret police force, private investigators, a bimbo eruption unit, 1000 FBI Files on political opponents, IRS audits of his political opponents, and he is easier on the ears and the eyes. So far he hasn't cackled, scolded, or shrieked.

He's got a crazy Pastor Wright, though. Hillary's got the ChiComs, pardoned Puerto Rican terrorists, and a Stalin creed, and an impeached philandering lying draft-dodger ex-president.

"If Hillary steals the nomination, the Obamaniacs are going to riot."

I wonder what Hillary's supporters are going to do? Surely they will riot. But, if they riot, some would be too old and feeble to take it to the streets in mile high city, Denver. Hillary Care will have to be up and running.

The raging angry white democrat feminists may be up for a good bra burning hissy fit sputtering 60's anti-war down with the establishment chants. Oh, darn, but Hillary is the establishment. The uneducated might have a hard time finding Denver.
