Stronger tribes raid the villages of the weaker tribes, rounded up the inhabitants, and sold them to the slave dealers. Any African American who no longer wishes to live in the greatest nation on earth is eligible for free transportation back to Africa. It will be assumed that every African American choosing to stay in the US is doing so for the purpose of contributing to the creation of economic value. As such, all welfare payments will be stopped. May God Bless all who choose to stay with the liberty and opportunity afforded to you by the men and woman who have died to provide it.”

Please let him keep saying this. BTW we, the good guys, not the Confederates, lost 77 dead from combat deaths everyday from April 1861 to April 1865. If we lost that ratio of men today, it would be over 1 million dead, just from combat, not illness. We have already paid this debt in full with interest and it wasn’t even us who were keeping slaves.

If he pushes hard on this, he will have no chance of getting elected. The whole idea is ridiculous. No one who is alive now is a victim of slavery, unless you count taxpayers whose hard-earned money is transfered to others too lazy to work hard.
In my youth I advocated reparations of some sort, but insisted that if they were paid the recipients would forever abandon their victem status, both for themselves and their children and STFU about the effects of slavery.
Good. Once they start handing out reparations, I’m ready to receive them for the horrors my ancestors had to endure during Reconstruction. We were disenfranchised!
