House Republicans are still there, raising cain- trying to get them to turn the lights back on and continue debating over drilling!!!

I just called and said "There's a Republican revolt going on int the House Chamber and I wasn't seeing much coverage of it." I got a run around on it. Was told several times "There are no cameras on now. Cameras are not allowed." I objected, politely, that the story could still be covered.
He seemed mildly irritated that I would question that and asked if I wanted to talk to (name garbled) and I said yes. Got a phone tree that led to leaving a recorded message. I did...
"There's a Republican revolt going on in the House Chamber. I understand that the cameras are turned off. You can still cover the story. Thank you."
THAT was disappointing. Not that I was holding my breath. Shep is as unwatchable as Greta.
It’s a Friday afternoon, the hyypocrats disappeared for 5 weeks KNOWING full well they have the media in their back pocket to carry their water, AND a weak punk-assed Shep to virtually ensure there’s no story.
It was like he couldn’t wait to break into the little missing girl.

Well said! Very true as well. Sheppard Smith just did a two minute segment on this scene and what I said earlier was completely confirmed as to the facts of the event. Shep in his comments made the Republicans look like a bunch of Horses A**es, but managed to get a dig in to the Dems for refusing to allow CSPAN to transmit nor to allow FOX cameras into the room.
Then he cut back to the missing girl in FL.
