The Supreme Court decision was NOT based on the rights of "hunters and sportsmen." As far as their being a "general acceptance" for such limitations I believe the good Mr. Biden is quite plainly lying.

Or, they could just do like Bush did. Lower taxes, which raised the revenue. Of course 9/11 and two wars (plus perhaps too many programs like fighting AIDS in Africa, no child left behind, etc.) tend to go through those extra revenues pretty quickly.
I sure wish Bush was a better chearleader on some of the things he has done like increasing the revenues by lowering taxes.
