Of which Stephanopolous carried the water and corrected him by saying "Christian faith".
I think this is a VERY telling freudian slip by Barrack.
You people are pathetic. Talk about taking something out of context as part of an entire conversation. Debate the issues and how to solve them.

I don’t know that this can be attributed to a slip of the tongue. I’d have to see a lot more of the video that preceded the remark.
That said, it’s very hard to imagine myself accidentally saying the phrase “my Muslim faith.”
It’s like the old joke where the guy means to say “Please pass the salt” but he accidentally makes a Freudian slip and says “I hate your ******* guts!” Not too likely
The only way I could imagine such a phrase coming out of my mouth is if during the preceding conversation, I was saying it in some sort of theoretical context over and over and over. I’m guessing that was not at all the case for Obama.

After watching the interview in full context, it was apparent to me Obama’s own deep thinking intellect tripped him up. He doesn’t think well on this feet. He isn’t fast paced and this may well be his undoing. As for his religion, it appears to me that whether or not he calls himself a Christian he certainly has come kind of subconscious connection to Islam. End result, he goofed big time and was relieved when George caught his gaffe and corrected it. Is this the type of man we want drawing a line in the sand with our enemies? I vote no way no how.

Could be. While the corrections were soft, they were there and it was done in such a way that no one could scream bias - the viewer would have to make up their own mind, so I did appreciate that.
What’s up with 0bama laughing though? As if we are the stupid little people? Is he belittling the thought behind the question? I don’t know which is worse...when he has that lazy sort of speech and drags out his ‘s’, or when he laughs as if to say “I can’t believe you’ve just asked me such a stupid question!”

I was always a memorizer. Memorizers tend to be intellectually lazy because they can rely on their memories for so much.

Talk about character assassination. People who try to make something out of this and know the context of the comment are not practicing Christian values. It might score political points, but it is wrong. The ends do not justify the means.
