He is beginning to cut into Obama's lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Zogby is not a prophet, he still uses secret sauce and everyone here knows it. The real point here is for the first time in this race a poll shows that an Obama administration is NOT an inevitability.

Got an email that must have started out last summer during the primaries. It was supposed to be from a foreigner who summed up the race as follows.

If these numbers are good, it means that the battleground states of MO, VA, NC, OH, FL and CO are tilting in Mac's direction. These are historically red states and Barry would have to be ahead by 4 to 5% to have any realistic chance of taking them.

It also means that it is entirely possible that PA would fall in our laps. If so, then Barry will not win. It means that all the Bush 2000 AND 2004 states will be in our column. Mac would end up in the around 300.
