ZOGBY SATURDAY: McCain outpolled Obama 48% to 47% in Friday poll. He is beginning to cut into Obama's lead among independents, is now leading among blue collar voters, has strengthened his lead among investors and among men, and is walloping Obama among NASCAR voters. Joe the Plumber may get his license after all...

Zogby does a last update on election night, somewhere around 5-7 PM. Isn`t that how a lot of pollsters get away with saying...yep we called her right, just check our last poll figures.

It seems to me a lot of pollsters are out there saying..we where the only pollster that called the election right

I expect something outlandishly dishonest from the media Tuesday. Hope I'm wrong, but if past behavior is predictive of future behavior, we are going to see something remarkable Tuesday in terms of propoganda.

I think that the public is fed up with the MSM shilling for Obama so no matter what they do it won't matter and just further erode any credibility they have left

I think many of us could make up devastating ads on Obama. McCain has been really nice to him. I wish I was his ad person.

It will be called “The Palin Effect.” It is how all VP’s will be measured going forward. 100 years from now, no matter what else happens, “The Palin Effect” will be talked about.

So, he was right 8 years ago? I was right at least once or twice in the last 8 years.

His record from the past is no excuse for his blatant liberal behavior of MSM yellow journalism.

His polls are yellow journalism... liberal yellow journalism....

Rasmussen was on Fox today and said his state polling is lagging the national trends but he sees they are trending the same way...it is tightening...and he said something to the effect that it’s getting as close as it’s ever been.

Are You Going to Help?

There’s still time to help elect John McCain and Sarah Palin. This past weekend, I made phone calls through the volunteer online phone bank. I admit, I was uncomfortable cold-calling complete strangers on a Sunday afternoon. But it was ultimately a rewarding experience. There were people who still claimed to be undecided. There were also several Republicans who sounded like they needed a little encouragement to go to the polls. I like to think I made a difference.

In the middle of the afternoon, I blegged for advice because I was having a hard time talking to answering machines. As I expected, the wisdom of crowds made things much easier.

Please consider making phone calls on behalf of McCain/Palin 2008 in the next few days. The process is very easy. Sign up at the top link above (I’m fairly certain you don’t even have to use a real email addy if you don’t want to get GOP emails) and within minutes the website will provide you with names, locations, phone numbers and scripts. (I think the hours are from 9am to 9pm Eastern.)

You generally get to choose the state you’d like to make calls to, so if you have free long distance like me, you can help out with some of the battleground states. My suggestions are Colorado, Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

I’m tucking some advice from last weekend under the fold. Read it first and then get calling. I challenge each of you to make at least twenty phone calls. It won’t take that long and it may make a difference on Tuesday. I’m going to be calling again this weekend too.

Later: I want to emphasize that you can make calls from the comfort of your own home. This is so easy to do, there’s just no excuse for not helping.

Get the names and numbers from the McCain/Palin website. Call in between loads of laundry. Call while you’re waiting for dinner to be done. Call after you put the tot down for her afternoon nap. Do what I did and call while you’re blogging. I know you guys spend countless hours just sitting in front of your computer. You could use a little of that time to call voters.

Not only did he not get a bounce from it- he actually fell in the polls! What a dufus! He thinks he’s running for Oscar instead of President! This is not American Idol: you don’t text it in!!
He doesn’t understand the meaning of “overkill”! Can you say Berlin? Greek columns? 30 min infomercials??

An awful lot of Dems will be voting for McCain — as they did for Bush, Reagan, Ike, etc. Those Dems stick to their party for local and state elections, but crossover big time when the country is threatened. Hoping it works again that way in ‘08.

The pollsters, except Battleground and TIPP/IBD, are all liars working with the MSM. The MSM pays the pollsters, nott Battle or TIPP/IBD, so they own the pollsters.

The MSM owns local tv stations web sites (banner ads), network TV, newspapers etc. Their goal was to get both sides to spend insane amounts of money for ads - which has occurred. These bastards got me to donate enough to buy at least 2 nice sets of golf clubs.

I will be cancelling my Sat TV. Screw these liars.

Anyway - GOTV this weekend. Volunteer and keep donating.
We need to put a stake through Dracula’s socialist & islamic heart.
