Leo Donofrio was on Prarie Radio and Lan Lamphere’s show last night. I listened to both. Leo pretty much gave people a template on how to file their suits in each state. He almost gave people a cut and paste how to do them through their state court and specific laws that each state has for elections.
It was almost a Obama Lawsuits for Idiots. The point is the cost would not be that high. Leo has done a great job and was telling Keyes attorney Gary Kreep ways to beef up their case. Berg’s problem is he needed to start in PA State Court, get denied there and then go to SCOTUS.
We need to start calling all the conservative shows and try to get Leo on those shows to break the MSM news blackout.

The MSM must be going bonkers. It would be so easy for Obie to cough up the original. Its obvious to anyone with half a brain (which excludes most liberals) that Obie has something to hide. The MSM has their heads buried in the sand hoping that this goes away. But what if the lawsuit goes forward and this becomes a hot topic.
The fact that this issue has been around for quite a while will be a HUGE embarrassment to the MSM and will further erode peoples trust in that establishment. The MSM has sat on this story for over a year. They never brought it up in the presence of the Messiah. If Obie gets caught lying about his birth, it will be the best moment of the 2008 election and probably of all time. and the MSM?? They will have some ‘plaining to do.
P.S.: If Obie cannot be inaugurated, break out the riot gear and lock and load. (Especially if you live in a Rat Zone such as LA or NY or Chicago.)

I guess the “we the people...” concept was tossed into the trash bin so time ago with most of the rest of the constitution. I know I’m thrilled to be living under tyranny - judges who ignore law and feel free to make their own. Government officials and servants who have no obligation to follow the law, etc, etc
