This is about the only way President Elect Obama’s ineligibility will be bandied about in the press - someone has to pay for it to be published!
What evidence is there that the State of Hawaii is lying about Obama being born there? I see none. The governor is a Republican. This is simply going nowhere.
The Washington Times will probably be the first newspaper to be muzzled when the upcoming Fairness Doctrine becomes effective.

The state of Hawaii has said NOTHING about whether Obama was or was not born there. What they have done is sealed his birth certificate.
When Obama was born it was quite possible to get a Hawaiian birth certificate even if you were actually born overseas, which raises an interesting issue, why did Obama fake his COLB? Was it because it would have shown his PLACE of birth?
What I would like to know is why someone (like Obama) spends hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawyers, fighting in several different courts around the country, to prevent anyone from getting his original birth certificate?
It just doesn’t make sense to spend all that money to fight the issue — unless — something is seriously wrong there...
The citizen (Obama) legally has the right to lock down his own birth cert (sic).
The governor has no choice but comply with a citizen’s wishes.
Why do you think Obama went racing over there to Hawaii —when Andy Martin was poking around trying to gain some legal loophole to access the birth cert?

So what? I remember a guy by the name of McCain. He too claimed to be a Republican but he didn’t give his Democrat opponent any run for his money during the elections.
The State of Hawaii hasn’t said that Obama was born there. The Governor of Hawaii has simply sealed the document so no one can alter or steal it.
The evidence consists of Senator Obama’s refusal to publicly present his vault copy of the Certificate of Live Birth created at the time he was born.
His mother’s medical records indicate that she never gave birth in the United States. Her first child, a boy, was born in 1961, Mombasa, Kenya, and her second chile, a girl, was born in 1970, Djakarta, Indonesia.
Don’t ask for a reference or a link. I’ve been researching this issue for around 8 months and am thoroughly fed up with people who haven’t bothered to research this poseur who is now President Elect.
I don't know the answer to your question, or even if it was possible to get a Hawaiian birth certificate in the '60s. Why would his mother even think to get him a Hawaiian birth certificate? I don't see where this is going to get any traction. If you can prove me wrong, great. I believe am a strict constructionist when it comes to the constitution. However, I am bracing for 4 years of Obama.

Yes, I hadn’t realized that Obama’s sister was born in Indonesia, but that Stanley Ann Dunham then proceeded to lie about it when she returned to Hawaii and announced that she was born there.
Just heard about it in another post here yesterday.
That certainly increases the odds that she also lied about where Barry was born.
Please elaborate.
