Update on Barack Obama's Birth Certificate Issue
Right Side News ^ | November 30, 2008

Posted on 11/30/2008 6:09:20 PM PST by Red Steel

Citizenship Issue on MSNBC Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence. The parents would be issued a Certification of Live Birth.

This is not proof of where the child was born. It only proves that the parents claimed Hawaii as their main place of residence for the prior year.

British Nationality Act of 1948 (Part II, Section 5): Subject to the provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of this Act shall be a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies at the time of the birth.

A natural born citizen, would not be a citizen of any other nation than the United States. That is what "natural born" means. By nature, the child, would be only a US citizen, because both of his parents were US citizens, and NO OTHER NATION, can by law claim him to be under their jurisdiction, at the moment of his birth. That was not the case with Obama. He was, by law, a Citizen of the United Kingdom, the moment he was born, and then, by law, he became a citizen of Kenya on Dec. 12, 1963.

For a more detailed explaination of natural born citizen, see my other related video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bp2kKN...

Er, no, that is not what natural born means.

To those who wrote the naturalization laws in the 1790s, a "natural born" citizen was one who was born to two parents who were both U.S. citizens whether here or abroad. In the mid-1790s it was rewritten so that those born abroad were citizens as opposed to "natural born" citizens.

Republicans are dominated by a corporate mentality. Minimum costs for maximum profit, and who cares about the country, not my job. Thus being in the minority they get the same pay and perks as the Dems, but no responsibility and accountibility fits well with this mentality.

That’s not true. Our godson holds dual citizenship, yet he was born in Texas and is a “natural born” US citizen.

“Let this birth certificate thing go! Let’s beat him on the issues! /s”
- - - -

Hey, why not be like Obama? He can do two things at once. So can you.

Beat him on his Birth Certificate that so far has never been seen AND also beat him on whatever issues or stands he takes besides voting present.

I think his BC will show something embarrassing in all likelihood; some proof of his inability to claim the Presidency will probably not be there. But you don’t know that and neither do I.

So we are left with Barack Hussein hiding his BC, an asinine strategy on his part that will always leave bitter doubt dangling over his head until he releases it.

Maybe that’s how he likes to operate. The underdog, the mistrusted. Keep it close to the vest. Even cheat, gasp, if you don’t get caught!

Great qualities for poker playing, but not for national leadership.

“Did you not see the /s behind what I said?”

My sincere apologies. I am a little bit posting illiterate. I think I will maintain my lurking position. Thanks for your kind and polite correction. :)

RE :’I was making fun of the Freepers who come to these threads and say we are silly and should just fight Obama on the issues.’

Rush Limbaugh two weeks ago said the personal attacks on BoB did not work and are not working, also said just like they didnt get rid of Clinton. If you look closely I did not discourage this issue, its fun stuff. I just said it wont keep Obama from taking office. My focus is keeping 2010 from being another election disaster like it was obvious 2008 would be. This stuff wont catch on unless the public gets convinced Obama is bad as president, then others might be curious.

"No judge will overturn the election no matter how this turns out"

No judge should consider that Obama is elected until he takes his oath of office. If there is reason not to administer his oath of office and they go ahead and administer it anyway, the judges would be guilty of treason and probably several other felonies. It would be a non-oath. No one would be bound to do anything the man says. Not even the military commanders.

Seems simple enough to me. The country continues on as if nothing has happened. Surely no one would agree that we would be bound to obey an illegal oath.

It’s a scary post. But this is very scary stuff, and better we recall an election than begin a series of nuclear wars, under the lead of a a man whose motives may be treason and/or the most grandiose suicide-bombing that no nightmare would dare imagine. Or they may be pure motives, and he really a hero. But let’s pause the tape a while and inspect his background before we proceed into possible world immolation, please?

This is not a personal attack. It is a request that the constitution be followed.
