I was being sarcastic. I will fight this birth certificate/Constitutional crisis with or without Freepers. This is about a President thumbing his nose at a document he is supposed to swear to protect for us.
No, I think that was just the reaction to the reporter. That particular reporter has a certain reputation. The eye rolling was before he asked the questions. I think it was after Lester said he had two questions.
Then neither should we. The authority for income taxes comes from the Constitution. If the document doesn’t apply to Obama, then it shouldn’t for us either.
Gee willikers! Could Pakistan have picked a worse time to muscle in on India and threaten Israel (by implication) with nuclear counterstrikes? I mean, after all, it is records of Obama's trip to Pakistan that could hold the key to his future, now isn't it?

Er, no, that is not what natural born means. Someone can be a natural born citizen of the US, but also be a citizen at birth of another country. Other countries' laws regarding the citizenship of a newborn have no effect on whether or not a child is a natural born US citizen.

Judge will not overturn election and give it to McCain. If BO is disqualified before the Electoral College meets, the EC can select another person per their state’s direction. The person selected will be a Democrat because most of the delegates are Dems, and it will be anyone other than BO. Thus Biden can be selected or Clinton. If the EC meets and selects BO because he has all the delegates, and the court decides BO is not qualified, only Congress can remove BO per the impeachment process.

Issue is not if BO is born in US or not. His father is Kenyan and at the time of BO birth he is a British subject (Kenya was still a British colony) and US citizen by his mother. Per founding father’s original intent, BO is not considered natural born. SCOTUS needs to rule on this. If BO has a BC the case would resolve why he fought to release it to the public.
