We have a term used locally “Valley Trash”
The stnading joke is if the cops radied every home in the vally, the ones without a meth lab would have a grow operation.
If you hadn’t heard, grass is legal in AK under state law, up to 4 oz in posession for ‘personal use” IIRC.
Oddly, while drug use is a major problem, it pales to the problems caused by alcohol abuse.
