Last night Ed Hale presented the (heretofore, unseen) divorce decree on Plains Radio between Obama's mother and Obama Sr ( her FIRST marriage).
The key bonus in this was the revelation of the specific version of her name in the decree, Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
The POE allegedly includes Obama's birth information/certificate ( British Kenya) as required for entry. Stay tuned for events...see other comments below. -------------------------------------------------- DesertVet Newbie

No secret I've been highly skeptical on this whole ordeal. I'm now beginning to think this could very well lead the way to the smoking gun. Until this document she has only been known as "Dunham", no where in public records has Obama's Mothers name read as it does on this divorce decree. I believe the "D" being abreviated has allowed them to locate her records. This has led them to a "port of entry" birth certificate for Barack Obama. She submitted this POE certificate when she came back to the US, and the fact that there is a POE Certificate...proves that he was indeed born out of the country.
This would mean that Obama has never been through Immigration & Naturalization Services in his life, he became a citizen of Indonesia, and never applied for a U.S. passport. If this is the case, then he's not even a citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
I'm not 100% certain on my assertion of above take on this document issue, but I think it is HIGHLY plausible. I'm still not ready to dance in the streets by any means yet (Yeah, I'm a tough sell). But I am quite intriguied at the moment. Couldn't say that earlier today.
The decree states they were married in Hawaii in February and Barry was born the following August. Did they marry in February and honeymoon in Kenya?
Geez, if this cannot stand up to my simple, but legitimate questions, how is it going anywhere?

Don’t know for sure, but I think any appointments made by Obama - anybody chosen to serve with him and on his cabinet, would be nullified. President Bush would stay in office an additional 90 days until a special election could be held. That was what I heard on another discussion about this yesterday.
I do nothing for Obama. You need to ramp down your caffeine intake this morning and un-wad your bloomers.
I seriously doubt anything will come of this, but it does point out the opposite side of a coin that should no longer exist. There is no doubt that Obama was born to a natural born, American citizen mother. Even though I care nothing for him, he did grow up American with a natural born American parent and maternal grandparents caring for him, mostly in Hawaii.
But, if Obama were the child of two foreign nationals, the mother of whom managed to enter the US illegally and have her child in a US hospital at taxpayer expense, well, that baby would be a “natural born citizen” and eligible for all rights due a natural born American citizen, including the right to run for president.
This notion that being born on US soil to parents of any background makes one a “natural born citizen”, and being born to American citizens outside the US throws one’s citizenship into question, well, that is something that needed to be corrected decades ago, and it now makes it almost impossible for us to enforce any sane immigration policy, or control who can enter this nation and stay.

I disagree with you.
The “technical” part of the law is where every argument originates. Thats why lawyers make the big bucks. Every law is open to litigation, meritorious or not. How many times has a criminal been freed because of a “technicality”?
The left uses technicality of the law every challenge it makes. The ACLU don’t exist because of cut and dried law. Every challenge they sue for is based on interpretation of the technical fine points in law.

Thx for explaining, understood well...and it brings me this concern. I didn’t see anything that stated the 3 top vote getters had to be the 3 considered. See the caps below, that says to me Congress can kinda just decide on it’s own by law. They don’t care what we think now, so what prevents them from going outside of those 3 candidates? Anything you are aware of?

I just started listening to Ed Hales ‘s station in the past few days. At least he PRODUCED DOCUMENTS of import. Give this guy some credit. Go to Plains Radio and see the docs for yourself.

Chronology aside, she has proven herself not-averse to leaving that child with her own mother as the POE documentation is only ^speculated^ to have information of the young child.
Well, as I have said, eligibility or not aside, if Barack Obama has perpetuated a systematic lie upon the American people by claiming to have been born in the US—when he was not—it is an act of fraud and a criminal liability.
