With one signature he could spell the end of this program, Rush Let's BC cat out of bag

Rush just said that Obama isn't afraid of him. With one signature, Obama could spell the end to this show. This has to be why he and others will not question the Birth Certificate issue.

Rush didn’t say anything about the BC... He did use the word usurper today twice.

I wouldn’t worry about him being closed down... I listen to him via my I-Phone anyway.... sometimes on the Internet... Never on the radio.... so if they try to shut him down, just go to the Internet.

Rush better be looking for a good Short-Wave radio station or an offshore island to set one up because hussein can, is planning, and will control speech over the air-waves:

Rush is already known as the man who saved AM radio.

OB may end up being the man who killed AM and Rush as the man who saved Sat Radio.

If the “Fairness” Doctrine were imposed AND the SCOTUS didn’t strike it down, expect to see opinion-oriented radio shows migrate to web- and satellite-based models.

Sure, it’ll do some damage in the short term, but in the long run that’s where things probably are headed anyway. Obama simply would have pushed the technology, in the sense that some (not all, but many) listeners will then say, “OK, now I’m going to get my car rigged for satellite/ internet ‘radio,’” many years sooner than they otherwise would have.

Thanks, Obama!

What would we do if suddenly Rush is off the air, whether we like him or not. Maybe its time to think of Plan B.

I assume Plan B would be satellite radio.

It's incredible the amount of money OB has spent to avoid releasing it.

Has he really spent anything? The most he has done is his lawyers file a couple of motions to dismiss, something done on a standard retainer service. The lawyers fighting the cases for the most part have nothing to do with Bambi, they are from various states or are lawyers for the electors named in the suits.

Dude, the BC is a nonissue. It is only an issue with a tiny portion of a tiny fringe of people who thought it could be an out. BC fanatics are fanatics, hopers and dreamers. There is no BC issue. Get it????? Rush and others would be proclaimed certifiable and rightly so. I repeat it is a nonissue. You are nuts.

IIRC The One took an oath to uphold the Constitution.

Besides, he isnt stupid enough to alienate 20 million Rush fans. “

Really? You think so?

You're kidding right? You don't think we're already alienated?

>>>What kind of Executive order could he do that would take Rush off the air?

Wouldn’t need an EO. All he has to do is name Rush an enemy combatant and he can hold him in a South Carolina brig for years.

The BC issue is a NONISSUE.

Get over it already

Since the Messiah has been inaugurated, there is nothing that can be done.

Remember, it would take Congressional action via impeachment now for the BC issue to "remove" NoBama...

...do you really think the Dems would allow that to happen?

Find something else...something with teeth...something that matters....

How is that 20 million calculated?...... Is that 20 million different listeners in a week? Or maybe 4 to 5 million listening in multiple times each week?

It would only be dead if Obama killed it. Obama refused to kill it which is something he could have easily have done. There must be some reason why it is out there.

Why not release the BC to the courts and end the speculation?

Rush is no doubt referring to Obama’s signature on a piece of legislation.

If Art Bell could reach the world from the back room of his trailer on a hill in Nevada, then Rush can figure out SOMETHING from his compound in FL.

I almost think its a dare:
‘GO ahead - take your best shot.’

Perhaps he hopes that the Dems get too cocky and walk into the thresher...
