The Tennessee GOP is offering a GREAT new bumper sticker to express opposition to the out-of-control spending and bailout frenzy coming from the Obama administration and the Democrat Congress. It reads, "HONK If you're paying my mortgage," and it is selling extremely fast across the country.

It would be better if it said: ‘Honk, if you don’t want to pay your neighbor’s mortgage’. Most republicans are paying their own mortgages.

It sounds perfect the way it is. It’s a spoof that you’re an Obama supporter and the person reading it is the one meant to get outraged. Any other wording or non-satire wouldn’t create the same effect as this wording. Think about it.
