An incredible true story of a man who refused to be a victim!YouTube
A real life Charles Bronson?? I don't think so. More like just an ordinary man who stood his ground. More on him from here as well! God Bless America!JellyToast
You know,,, blast it! I searched for this and i could not find it. I hate posting something someone else already has. I feel rejected when they lock my thread.. Like I’ve been spanked. So sad.
Thanks. Fascinating story.
Thank you, too. I would have missed it if you hadn’t posted.
I’m not the thankee here.
Also, check the timestamps between the two threads. I was ping to it by JB
God Bless you all.

I lived in Southern California when all this was going down. What the newscast didn’t tell you is that Lance had a sign in the corner of his window (that someone had made for him), saying something like “Wild Bill Hickcok inside: Beware!”
But, as you can see from the video, none of his assailants could read, much less know who Wild Bill was ...
Lance took down 7 in face to face combat! A brave man.
This is what happens in America, every few weeks actually, when you write ROLEX in your window - at least it is what happens in Los Angeles, I know as I was there.
Cool, huh?
What has America become? Never mind, I know the answer.
Hmmm Some human waste.... wasted...he heh
I would love to see upgraded search capability. Maybe it's time to abandon this proprietary software and convert to something open and robust like Joomla, Droopal, or Alfresco?
bttt
Imagine for a moment, though,, imagine if everyone just refused to be a victim and all were supported by law enforcement. Was his store robbed anymore than any other store on his block??? It’s just we haven’t heard about their robberies because all the other shop owners went along.
True,, he became a target,, because he was such a threat.
But,, as I was saying,, imagine if everyone fought back and everyone was supported fully by law enforcement. I believe these thugs would suddenly have to fine another line of work.
Crime would no longer pay.
Sorry, but No.
I have met and know these people. They are not real bright.
That’s why they continue to rob 7-11s netting $5 at a time and risking a few days in jail.
They know how to do nothing else and don’t care.
See the movie Boys n the Hood to see what it is like in South or East Los.
