I'm scheduled to be on MSNBC this afternoon to talk about the controversy over the pulled Free Republic thread about Malia Obama.
The segment should air live around 3:30 p.m. EDT barring any breaking news, etc.
David Shuster and Tamran Hall will be co-hosting the segment.
I'm heading out the door in a few minutes.

I admit I didn't see the thread. Comments about president's kids should be out-of-bounds. We have said that under W and we should hold to it. We have been bad about that since Chelsea.

TRUE TRUE TRUE!!! Have you noticed in stores, especially ones geared towards 12-15yr olds, the cheaper costume jewelry has a ton of peace symbol necklaces etc.. a lot have rainbows on them. Redefining history, starting with the kids. On the other hand, here in the midwest, I see the confederate flag a lot! On the back of truck windows... I’ve noticed an increase the past few years.
They actually have advertisers? ha
Captioning pictures of kids, which typically opens them to ridicule, should not be acceptable.

Has not been obvious they (DBM) and the WH are trying to increase the race baiting politics volume? They KNOW obama is in deep deep trouble, the stimulus is failing, the ecconomy is tanking, the stock market VOLUME OF TRADES is dropping. The left needs to give some excuse to silence critics.

The kids should ALWAYS be off limits. The PARENTS have control over wardrobe. Ask them. They’re the ones who failed their kids, and used them to make the political statement...
There were actually three different thread.... posted late at night found by Religious moderator and put aside....Other two were searched out the next day.
On the one I saw,individual inappropriate comments were pulled at first then thread pulled. Saw lots of names I was not familiar with....
Since Kos was aware they were there and reposting them as soon as someone posted, before freeper and moderators were even reading them. it is very possible that they were posted and manipulated by someone at the KOS.
Regardless JR knows their ID.

They always have been, until if when they grow up they make political comments.
If people like the Obama's use their kids to make political statements with their clothes, it will be reported here.
