A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office. His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders. "We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!" She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

No it would not invalidate the entire election since there were two votes for president and vice president. Dufuss Joe would be the next President should the Congress throw Urkle’s butt out of the WH.
There is little doubt that we would have had a Gore presidency had he been running as an incumbent. Had the Democrats not been so corrupt their reign would have continued. Then imagine those idiots in charge after 911 and how much more damage would have been done to our country.
Good thing we didn’t get what we wanted.
As the Roman Republic fell because the politicians developed huge followings of clients to whom they provided services for their votes so the danger of democracy rises again.
Now the Patron is the Democrat party handing out our riches to the dependent classes. It took hundreds of yrs for Roman politics to culminate the in the massive civil wars which transformed the Republic into an Empire. How long will it take us?
If the chain of command is pulled by an unconstitutional president who could possibly determine this in your view of the world.
Serious stuff may be coming indeed.
But we should remember that the nation has survived worse, remember the little dust-up of 1861-5? It won’t be that bad since the constitutional forces will have the preponderence of right and force.
The only way to remove a sitting president is impeachment. His ineligiblity has nothing to do with the process. It is no different than if he was convicted of bribery.
It took a little boy to force admission that “the Emperor Has No Clothes” though everyone pretended he did.
The Nudity is obvious now.
That is what happened in Rome and what the Founders were desperate to avoid for us. Wealthy Roman could and did actually fund their own armies. Fortunately, here the military swear alligence to the Constitution not a political party or person. That oath may be put to the test.
If he was born in Hawaii it is game over he is legit. His citizenship cannot be abrogated except by him as an adult. That didn’t happen.
No it is incorrect. He is de facto the President and is in office therefore he can only be removed by Congress. Show me another method within the Constitution.
This is not that complicated. Just follow the Constitution for the removal of a president.

When the issue of citizenship was raised around here prior to the election it was all discussed. Many bogus slants were examined and found wanting, one of which was the Indonesian citizenship angle.
If you are born a citizen it cannot be renounced by anyone but you and only if you are an adult. Nor does any other nation’s action affect it. So if Urkle was born in Hawaii he is eligible. Even if his mother had married a Martian and moved to Mars once he was an American citizen it wouldn’t matter.
But, where did you a copy of his Occidental file from?
