OK, I confess, the title is a bit misleading.
It should read Obama And His Lack Of A Birth Certificate Is About To Make History.
Yesterday, World Net Daily broke the story of Army Major Stefan Cook, who argued that he should not have to deploy to Afghanistan because President Obama has not proven that he is a natural-born citizen, therefore he is unable to serve as Commander-In-Chief.
This is something that will receive little, if any, coverage from the mainstream media.
However, the fact that the U.S. Army revoked the orders of a soldier about to be sent overseas based wholly upon such a claim is unprecedented.
This controversy over Obama’s failure to produce a valid birth certificate has been an ongoing saga.
And all calls for him to do so have either been belittled or ignored by the White House. Which may lead some folks to suspect that the reason he doesn’t simply produce the blasted thing and put this story to rest once and for all is because he doesn’t have one!
About the only attention we have seen regarding this issue was the presentation of a “Certificate Of Live Birth” supposedly issued by the State of Hawaii.
This proves less than nothing, as first, to look at it you would think that a 12-year old made it on their home computer, and secondly is the fact that a child does not have to be born in Hawaii in order for the state to issue such a document to the child’s parents.
Even if this document is legitimate, it is a far cry from an actual birth certificate, and it surely is not proof of where Obama was actually born.
However , there are literally thousands of articles and opinions floating around about Obama’s birth certificate, or lack therof, and I don’t want to bore you with re-visiting the same stories.
Rather, I would like to expound on my claim that Obama’s lack of a birth certificate will make history. Consider the following:
If indeed it is proven that Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen, and therefore is unable to serve as President, he will not be remembered as America’s first black President, rather history will remember him as the man who was the cause of the biggest Constitutional crisis this country has ever seen!
The question will be raised of what will happen to other troops deployed by Obama, and the troops already serving under orders from an ineligible commander in chief.
Every piece of legislation that Obama has signed since taking office would now be considered under law to be null and void.
Imagine what this would mean to the stock market, financial institutions, the auto industry, as well as every other facet of the American economy.
Not to mention, the people who already accuse the president’s critics of being racists will no doubt try to use this as their proof and stoke racial tensions to the point of riot.
Every appointment he has made, regardless if it was an appointment as a “Czar’, or a Cabinet-level position, would have to be overturned, and it would become the duty of the Vice-President to re-fill those positions.
Which leads to perhaps the most intriguing scenario of all.
The Constitution states that if the President is unable to serve, the Vice-President shall assume the duties of the office.
However, if the man who chose you to be his running mate was found to have been elected to the office in violation of Constitutional law, where does that leave you Mr. Biden?
After all, we (well, some of you poor misguided individuals) voted for the two of you as a team running on the same ticket.
So if it is found that the man who picked you to be his running mate did so in direct violation of federal law, doesn’t it follow that you were also elected to the Vice-Presidency under false pretenses?

When the U.S. military accepts the claim of a soldier that the man posing as Commander-In-Chief has failed to produce his eligibility to hold that title, we may be on the verge of seeing change beyond belief.

I have no idea what it is, but it occurred to me when I saw a copy of a birth certificate from 1963.
There are fields for:
Hospital or Institution (6c)
Usual Residence of Mother (7a)
Mothers Street Address (7d)
Age of Father (10)
(Father's)Birthplace (11)
(Father's) Usual Occupation (12a)
(Father's) Kind of Business or Industry (12b)
Age of Mother (15)
(Mother's) Birthplace (16)
(Mother's) Type of Occupation (17a)
(Mother's) Date Last Worked (17b)
I haven't taken the time to read any of his books (I'd rather go to the dentist, actually), but I wouldn't be surprised if the answer to one of those fields directly contradicts something he has written.
And rather than face the fact that he has lied in his books about his childhood, he finds it easier to stonewall.
So, I believe he's really covering this up because the Birth Certificate will prove that he is a liar.

However, if it is found that Obama was born on Pluto, it means that he won't be allowed to run in the 2012 presidential primaries, and there is nothing his followers can do about it.
1. For instance, as many of us learned during the 2008 presidential campaign, presidential candidates must sign a routine eligibility form in each state where the candidate verifies/declares that he is eligible to run for President of the United States under the laws of the Constitution of the United States.
2. But if it is found that Obama was born on Pluto, then Obama will NOT be allowed to fill out the routine eligibility form, and, again, there is nothing Obama's followers can do about it.
3. NOTE: In a more serious mode, remember that we voters, in most states, have only 1 to 5 days to challenge presidential candidates like Obama when they sign the eligibility/application form.
4. Remember, we can't allow the community organizer-state senator a free pass this second time around in 2012.
5. That is, as soon as Obama signs his eligibility form in a state, we must be there looking over Obama's shoulder in order to publicly and immediately challenge his eligibility to be President of the United States.
That would speak volumes if he skips us. I was so happy to see them submit the bill requiring proof and knowing that our chances of Cong Mary Fallin winning the Governor’s race are extremely high, it will be a done deal before 2012.
Worst thing that happened in the Country was Motor Voter. When my daughter and I registered, they never asked for ID — couldn’t believe it. The one good thing was that they sent the info back to Kendall County, TX, that we had registered in Cleveland County, OK, and Kendall County sent a postcard to us making sure we had reregistered in OK.
If Biden gets to be POTUS and chooses Powell as his VP.....maybe not. Powell after all is the real thing, not a half-breed.

Are you seriously trying to suggest that the Supreme Court, a bunch of other judges, Snopes, civil servants in Hawaii, all of Obama’s political enemies, the president of the Federalist Society, lawyers who are members of the Federalist Society, the Heritage Foundation, - AND Hillary Clinton’s campaign, as well as Obama’s other political enemies are all in on this conspiracy?

They’re satisfied, so am I.
So is the Supreme Court.

Actually, guys, they did.
The inside story is that the issue was raised about McCain, and the public bill was ostensibly passed for McCain's benefit -- but the 'Rats actually wrote the bill for Obama, displaying in the process more mens rea about Obama's citizenship status on the part of the 'Rat Congressional leadership. Pelosi knew, Murtha knew, Steny Hoyer knew, Waxman knew, they all knew Obama couldn't make the grade on eligibility.
So they made an issue about McCain, to try to cure Obama's ineligibility by statute. Which, by the way, is null and void if it contravenes the black-letter law of the Constitution itself, which no doubt it will be found to have done, when the issue is eventually adjudicated by the Supreme Court.
Well if it’s that easy where is your proof that the document displayed on the internet is a fake.
Not some theory floating around the internet - proof.

How can anything be proved if we can’t be heard in court. When this matter is taken up in a court of law, all hell will break loose.

NO!!! My question was WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFY THAT SEN. OBAMA WAS ELIGIBLE FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT! What are their names and/or title and what was presented to them as proof. Surely they would like to put this to rest.

So does that include the “eugenics and euthanasia” bill (health care takeover) that will undoubtedly lead to many unnecessary deaths in this country? Unfortunately, will be a bit hard to declare a death null and void.
