No, it doesn't. Kenya became "fully independent" in 1963, formed a Republic under an elected temporary government, and then elected a permanent government under a republican form in just under a year. What did they call themselves in the interim? The Land of Kenya? How about the temporary, semi-established Country of Kenya. Joe's Tavern?

Are you always so quick to jump to broad sweeping conclusions? While it is true that the republic had not been declared yet, Countries don't declare independence in a vacuum. There is usually a little planning and back up before it happens. We Declared our Independence in 1776 and didn't ratify our Constitution until 1787.
Since the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE from 1776 starts with WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA which was not finally formed until 1787 do you suppose it was a Fraud? I suppose that Kenya knew they were going to be a Republic and they operated as a Republic, JUST LIKE WE DID.

While there is that contingent who drinks deeply of the Kool-Aid daily and will never suspend disbelief, there are rational people who have been hornswogled by the entire campaign of "Hope and Change", who may not be sleeping well, with all the change, and may only need a nudge to get their gray matter percolating and realize they've been had.
When they start thinking, they will realize just the beginning of how badly they've been screwed, and the poll numbers of the Won will take yet another drop.
The less support they have, the more--and more rapidly--the Socialists will seek to consolidate power, and the more the pressure will rise in the cooker.
They are already overreaching, giving away tax money to people who will turn in a car to be crushed (not even available as a cheap, used car nor for parts), so they will go into debt and buy a new vehicle to support Government Motors, all on our dime.
If that doesn't tick them off, the ruinous Health Care "fix" will, and it that doesn't work, just wait until the 'food safety and security' act has them hungry while 'cap and trade' has us all shivering in the dark this winter.
Once they wake up, they won't get another good night's sleep until there is another 'change' in D.C., and we say goodbye to the Socialists and their accomplices, however that happens.
I'd settle for criminal prosecution of the lot of them, but stripping them of their office would be a good start.

It does make him de facto qualified. It will take an act of impeachment to remove him now. And we couldn’t get the bent one when we had a DNA stained dress, what makes you think we could get this guy with a majority democratic congress? All he has to do is say, “gosh, I’m so sorry I didn’t know that this CoLB wasn’t a real birth certificate... otherwise I would never have put my precious america through this... “ well, you know the rest. The press jumps all over his mea culpa, and anyone who doesn’t forgive him this minor paperwork indiscretion is a racist. It was a declaration of Congress, after all. That’s what I think he will try to orchestrate.
