Palin's promising future in the GOP
One News Now ^ | 9/7/2009 | Jim Brown

A Republican political consultant and pollster predicts former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin will continue to gain prominence in the GOP leading up to the 2012 election, even though she's no longer in office.

Sarah Palin has reportedly received more than 950 requests to give speeches and more than 120 candidates have asked her to appear for them at campaign events.

Clemson University political scientist Dave Woodard believes Palin is an "extremely appealing" candidate.

"She's been proven, especially, and tested with her daughter and her own decisions about her son and her marriage. She is a very popular fundraiser. People will pay to go see her most anywhere in the country, but as to whether or not she really has the timber to be President, I think that has to be seen," he contends.

...the more she's going to garner support from the Republican base...

Forget the 'Republican' base, how about the 'Conservative' base?

Yeah the RINO base of the Republican party will be NO help to her, all they do is complain about her and mock her.

GO SARAH GO!

"The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama's 'death panel' so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their 'level of productivity in society,' whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil" - Sarah Palin, August 8, 2009

"We face challenging times with some hell-bent on tearing down our nation by perpetuating pessimism and apologizing for America. They suggest that our best days were yesterdays. But how can this pessimism exist? Proof of our greatness and pride is all around us today. We produce proud and great volunteers who sacrifice everything for their country.

"We can resist enslavement to big central government that crushes hope and opportunity. We must be wary of government largesse. It doesn’t come free and often accepting it takes away everything that is free. Melting into Washington’s powerful and caretaking arms will only lead to suck away the incentive to work hard and chart our own course. This will only contribute to an unstable economy and dizzying national debt, and it will make us less free.

"We don’t have to feel that we must beg an allowance from Washington – except to beg the allowance to be self-determined.

"See, in order to be self-sufficient (we) must be allowed to develop, to drill and build and climb to fulfill our promise! We can not start believing that government is the answer. It can’t make you happy or healthy or wealthy or wise. What can? It is the wisdom of the people and our families and our small businesses and industrious individuals. And it is God’s grace helping those who help themselves." - Sarah Palin, July 26, 2009
SARAH'S FAREWELL SPEECH AS GOVERNOR - GREAT READ

Sarah still has the left, the DNC, the MSM and the RINOs all in a frenzy wondering what her next move will be and how it will be perceived...they almost literally froth at the mouth in their efforts to discredit her.

WHile they do this, and further discredit only themselves in the effort, Sarah is going to write her book, give speeches and promote conservatie principles all over this country in the midst of the Obama administration disaster and gain great political capital in the process.

Then she will support conservative candidates in 2010 and help them win, amassing much more political capital. She will then take all of that capital and make an awesome, stunning, and successful run for the Presidency in 2012.

It sure as hell can’t be any worse. Our current Prez, has the roof caving in on him, and he is running around like a chicken without a head. The man is not a Leader and never had executive experience. He belongs back in Chicago in their political La La land.

Doesn’t the fact that Palin has a backbone disqualify her from the GOP? or a least the feckless RNC wing of the GOP?

(with apologies to the few R’s that have a spine - Pence, Sessions, Inhofe, DeMint... you guys need a helluva lot more support than you’ve been getting from the GOP’s alleged leaders)

Much the same as Obama rode a wave of anti-Bushism into the White House, Palin can do the same with the anti-Obama backlash.

>>> Much the same as Obama rode a wave of anti-Bushism into the White House, Palin can do the same with the anti-Obama backlash. <<<<

Unlike the MSM campaign to elect Obama with zero to little reporting on his mysterious and blackboxed past, Palin will be (indeed, has already been) investigated scrupulously over the next three years.

That’s a big difference and a very good thing, because after the Obama debacle folks won’t want to vote for anything like this Manchurian Candidate now sitting in the Oval Office.

I will donate, work for and do everything that I can to help elect Sarah as President in 2012.

She will need a running mate with big balls and thick skin {I'm not sure which pubbie qualifies, maybe Condi Rice}.

A ticket of Palin/Rice would make every lefty head explode and the hate thrown at them would be so thick you could shovel it with a highlift.

Sarah has the "timbre" to be President, not the "timber". Resonance and quality, not wood.

Palin/Liz Cheney with Ted Nugent as Secretary of Interior, Bolton as SoS, Ollie North at defense and Ann Coulter as Press Secretary.

Yep, no doubt rice pulled the lever for obozo - just like colon bowell. To vote for someone's skin color and ignore his communist background is either racist or they are a closet communist. Or BOTH.

Considering no member of the GOP came to her defense and publicly lashed out at the David letterman mess and all the ethics harassment cases... I’d say Sarah should consider starting an official conservative party.... And the GOP can beg to ‘rise in the ranks’ to be considered for admittance
