I agree with you completely on jumping Republicans for the right reasons. Not that it works, if the Bush II regime is any model. That crowd believed that all criticism was heresy, and that they had the divine right to wreck both the GOP and the conservative movement if they chose to do so, which apparently they did.
Yep. Oh well. Another squishy RINO to ignore.
Liberty And Tyranny: A Bold Fresh Piece of Humanity Arguing With Idiots?
What’s the lie? That Van Jones is a Marxist POS (He admitted to being a Marxist)? As is the entire Executive Branch?
But the Obama-Beck battle could become a full-scale war
Be careful what you ask for, Obama!
First, the folks at the White House need to find something better to do with their time. Why they elevate Glenn Beck to an issue that they should focus on is beyond me. I thought the same thing when the White House and even the Pres__ent went after Rush.
Also, if the White House has some need to verify facts the should probably start with everthing loaded on TOTUS, and all the Pres__ent’s statements, speeches and comments. There are plenty of whoppers in that to keep “fact checkers” busy for months, maybe years.
Having said that, I also think that Glenn Beck needs to get his facts straight. And his listeners and viewers should hold him accountable, or at least check up on many of the things he says. So many things he says are just plain wrong if you check them out. The Vancouver Olympics thing is just the latest. And Glenn’s correction and apology yesterday, saying, “Sorry, I meant Calgary,” didn’t really help. That means Glenn meant to say “Calgary lost, what, a billion.” Really!!!
Officially, they made money, around $90 million. Although audits after the fact did reveal that they left out a lot of costs and subsidies. The amount left out was about $460 million, leaving a loss of about $370 million. I don’t know, that doesn’t sound like “what, a billion?" to me.
And that’s just this weeks “Glenn’s gaffe.” A couple weeks back, there was the McCarthy/Edward R. Murrow Story. Beck got that completely wrong, except that it involved Senator Joe McCarthy. Every other thing he said in that story was incorrect.
I should stop, I think I need to get my flame resistant underwear out for what I’ve posted so far.

You got it. There is a connection between these two attributes
What is the Presidents middle name?
Did Bill Coningham get boiled in Hot Oil by the media last year for using Obama’s middle name?
Today the American Left has a new term they use for communist its called “PROGRESSIVE” the use it all the time and we have not caught on to this new form of communism.
Not from me. I have posted over and over that my favorites from FNC are Neil Cavuto and Megn Kelly because they rip both parties with facts without an axe to grind(and are conservative). Cavuto ripped McCain spokesman on his show three days before the election
I like Beck too. But he is more an entertainer than a fact-checker. His role now is similar to the fresh role that Rush-bo played in 1993, 16 years ago. he is fun
I am like you. Tell the truth. To hell with the drones.
I’m still trying to decide which Newspeak word, “smears” or “lies”, is the equivalent of the English phrase “extended direct quotation” and which translates as “video footage”.
Yes, and Limbaugh makes plenty of mistakes, some which have gone repeated and uncorrected for years. Should we therefore dismiss Limbaugh as well?
The phrase you are looking for is
“are you going to believe me, or your lying eyes?”
Back in 1993 Rush-bo played a similar role as Beck but there was not FNC then just Rush. He was it. Clinton was smarter than Obama. He praised Rush publically in response.
Democrats are continually trying to keep the base worked up. That's the fascination with Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) on MSNBC saying republicans want us to die. They have been mentally trained from Newt and GWB to demonize, What this miss is the consequences of winning complete power. The public wants results now from single party power, not finger-pointing.
It’s #1 because it seems that only conservatives learn how to read...
:-P
Yes, he should at least double check ...
BUMP and PING...
Same here. Who says everyone has to like everybody? I appreciate what Glenn has done, but I can’t stand watching him on tv. I prefer his radio show because I like the goofiness without the visuals. lol
And don’t forget that Teddy Roosevelt was another big-government PROGRESSIVE, when it meant pretty much the same as it does today. Why it is that a lot of otherwise level-headed conservatives revere HIM is more than I can figure. He was as much a statist as his much more reviled kinsman, Franklin.
What is really funny about all this is the more WE (conservatives) uncover the truth - the more name calling we hear from the libs, the white? house - whatever!
The truth is the truth and the lies, are just lies. It certainly doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize this administration is composed of a big sh@t pile of liars.
“Holy cccccraaapppoooolllla Batman, you’re about to step in a pile of sh%t!!” Robin
If you have a ping list on this subject would you put me on it? I’m praying more and more will be uncovered about all these relationships, and Americans who scoffed when conservatives labeled Obama a “communist” last fall will start to wake up and realize communist not only equals Marxism, but is just an elaborate kind of organized crime with a desire to extort & control on a grand scale.
Take your choice. I don’t think it matters. Maybe “smears” would be the video, ‘cause you can SEE the barbra striesand SMEARED all over the faces and lips of the liars spewing it and lies could just be the actual, factual quotes of the liars. Yours, in my never to be humble opinion, is about the best post on this thread.
