2012 is a bit far`out for prognostication.
In a word; S H E E P L E. Huck is the only one with his own tv show (Is it still on fox? I don’t have cable anymore so I am just assuming here)
Folks need to be spoon fed and need to vote for the guy who’s name they recognize. That is why we have the government we do. FReepers do not deserve it, but the rest of the country has the government they deserve. We just get to enjoy the punishment along with them.........
Did anyone see Huck interviewing Sec. Albright last weekend? He said Hildebeast was “eminently qualified” to be Sec. of State.
29% of republican voters who took the poll.
I didn’t.
HEE-HAW, HEE-HAW!
Just what this country needs...ANOTHER HICK lawyer from Arkansas in the White House./s
I suppose a pragmatic view might be that open primaries in the early states could quite possibly render this poll irrelevent. We are at lest a year away from the candidate field being reasonably certain, and anything could happen between now and then.
Personally, Huckabee wouldn’t be my first, second or third choice; Romney would certainly be last.
I tote political conviction, most follow the wind of majority politically.
A few observations:
* 4% error is 30 votes either way; of 750 interviewed split a few ways, that’s major
* likely voters...hmmm, what the heck defines that?
* Palin isn’t in the limelight like Huck or Romney are lately
As many of you have said, populist rules right now...she’s doing it slowly and surely and smartly...no worries...have the faith, heads up, keep moving forward.
Doesn’t count the Conservatives, like myself, who have already left the Republican Party. Sarah won’t need them when she founds the American Conservative Party.
A vote for Huck is a vote for Obama fools!!
Those aren't real republicans - they're republi-crats.
.
I like Palin, but all she wants to talk about is Alaska...like that place is the center of the universe....not a very promising list.....
I thought you were a Palin supporter ?
What he will do is alienate the constitutional conservative, social libertarian, anti bible-belt-bigot part of the party. I really don't know how to fix conservatism. There isn't room for Huck's supporters and for the rest of us in Regan's wide tent. I hate 0 but I will vote for him 100 times before i would vote for Huck, but I would vote for Sister boom boom or Felix the Cat before either of them.
Pubbies better start hauling their trash long before the 2012 primaries start coming around.
What are you hearing about Palin? Is she even running?
If she is, she better step it up now! I dont like the way she has allowed others to define her...that’s not cool. She has all but disappeared...except for a few speeches....
Her biggest asset...Oil and Energy.. she is a smart lady, but for some reason is not talking Energy and showing her strongest points that can save Americans Millions...she has a forum...everyone is waiting to hear from her...but where is she.....just another joke on SNL... I am tired of it!
I don’t know if you are paying attention. But her book is coming out November 17th. It went up to #1 on Amazon.com.
I suspect you will see a lot of her then. and a lot of her in 2010.
I think she was advised to lay low for awhile to avoid overexposure. and she has been working on her book.
give it time. Barack Obama was nowhere in the news in 2005.
