"Poor maintenance?"Doesn't matter. Li'l Kim's intentions were good. For libs, that's all that matters.

It's become increasingly apparent that China is NO longer helping them. North Korea is a mess and no one, including China, cares anymore. China wants to be an economic world power and NK is a thorn in their side. Good.
On the down side, Iran is building reliable short and medium range missle systems, with some help from NK. While "Dear Leader" can't get his rockets off (har!), Iran is building missle systems that will work, not to mention nuclear warhead capabilities.

Posters seem to be taking this as a joke, but I take the phrase “mobile launchers off its east coast” as very serious. If they can learn to launch off their coast, they can easily launch off our coast and don't need to develop an intercontinental missile technology.

These failures were a welcome blessing.
Even so, none sit back in relaxation —indeed SK and J should put their own SDI & ABM efforts on FULL SPEED. NK’s own efforts will remain totally undiminished, as Chia slips ever closer to his bug food kingdom.
Were either country attacked, let there be no doubt that Obama would pensively interlace his fingers in the Deep Thinker Teepee gesture, and simply look on detachedly.
