They’ve given him numerous ideas. He’s heard them over and over and continues to shut them out. The physician representative from Tennessee tried to take him up on going over the thing line by line - calls were never returned.

Starting in 2011, we are prepared to freeze government spending for three years. Spending related to our national security, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security will not be affected. But all other discretionary government programs will. I've heard that there's even a little caveat on that crumb of a freeze - the freeze is after inflation adjustments. Sorry, I don't have a source to cite for that.
