I am now a little more than halfway through JD's book, "Whatever it Takes" which, if you didn't know, is actually about illegal immigration. I think it makes a little more sense now why he was ousted from his seat...there are many, many people who have a vested interest in keeping the status quo going on the whole illegal thing. JD doesn't pull any punches in the book, and I think he also ticked off Karl Rove at one point.
