"Safe Schools" czar Kevin Jennings to get $410 million in Obama's 2011 federal budget

Despite the national recession and federal budget deficits, Barack Obama is including $410 million in the 2011 budget for his "safes schools" czar Kevin Jennings (an increase of $45 million). As we've documented by his actions over the years pushing homosexuality to schoolchildren, Jennings will use this money to force the homosexual/transgender agenda into America's public schools.

This year, his main approach is through "school climate" surveys given to kids in schools. The survey "tests" how gay-friendly and transgender-friendly schools are. If the schools don't meet a certain standard, the administration can determine that the school is "unsafe" and require more homosexual programs and activities. These surveys have already been pushed as a jump-start in many Massachusetts schools for years by GLSEN and the Massachusetts Commission for GLBT Youth.

'Safe school czar' encouraged child sex with an older man

A teacher was told by a 15-year-old high school sophomore that he was having homosexual sex with an "older man." At the very least, statutory rape occurred. Fox News reported that the teacher violated a state law requiring that he report the abuse. That former teacher, Kevin Jennings, is President Obama's "safe school czar". It's getting hard to keep track of all of this president's problematic appointments. Clearly, the process for vetting White House employees has broken down.

In this one case in which Mr. Jennings had a real chance to protect a young boy from a sexual predator, he not only failed to do what the law required but actually encouraged the relationship.

According to Mr. Jennings' own description in a new audiotape discovered by Fox News, the 15-year-old boy met the "older man" in a "bus station bathroom" and was taken to the older man's home that night. When some details about the case became public, Mr. Jennings threatened to sue another teacher who called his failure to report the statutory rape "unethical." Mr. Jennings' defenders asserted that there was no evidence that he was aware the student had sex with the older man.

However, the new audiotape contradicts this claim. In 2000, Mr. Jennings gave a talk to the Iowa chapter of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, an advocacy group that promotes homosexuality in schools. On the tape, Mr. Jennings recollected that he told the student to make sure "to use a condom" when he was with the older man. That he actively encouraged the relationship is reinforced by Mr. Jennings' own description in his 1994 book, "One Teacher in 10." In that account, the teacher boasts how he allayed the student's concerns about the relationship to such a degree that the 15-year-old "left my office with a smile on his face that I would see every time I saw him on the campus for the next two years, until he graduated."

Mr. Jennings' denials about these events reveal a lack of remorse. He has not admitted that he made mistakes in this case, and he now refuses to answer any questions about the scandal. Don't forget, this is a presidential appointee we're talking about. Mr. Obama should make clear what his standards are for public servants serving at the pleasure of the president. Encouraging and covering up man-boy sexual activity are serious offenses. The White House should force Mr. Jennings to come clean.

Gee, seems this is a no-brainer to eliminate if Obama was serious about reducing the deficit.

My junior-high daughter brought home a permission slip the other day to participate in a “no violence” workshop. Really? How is that crap worth the time and expense?

Meanwhile the Chinese cram 100 kids into classrooms for 10 hours a day teaching hard subjects like math and science (and they’re happy to be there). Gee, I wonder who is learning more about competing in the real world? But hey, my daughter who has never even contemplated a violent act in her life will “learn” that violence is bad. Terrific.

Besieged czar, EEOC chief safe, Obama tells homosexual crowd

EXCERPT President Obama received a warm welcome at the annual dinner of the homosexual support group Human Rights Campaign, promising to sign hate crimes legislation, to repeal both "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and the "Defense of Marriage Act." and to continue supporting his besieged appointments as "safe schools czar" and head of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

WND revelations about Kevin Jennings, the safe schools czar, and Chai Feldblum, his EEOC nominee, have resulted in criticism in Congress and from group's concerned about past actions and statements.

53 members of Congress demanded that Obama dismiss Jennings following WND disclosures about his past, including an incident in which he counseled a 15-year-old student to keep quiet about being seduced by an older man. WND disclosures that Feldblum proclaimed "gay sex is morally good" have also made her a target for criticism.

"I'm here with a simple message: I'm here with you in that fight," Obama told the homosexual activist group. "For even as we face extraordinary challenges as a nation, we cannot and we will not put aside issues of basic equality. I greatly appreciate the support I've received from many in this room. I also appreciate that many of you don't believe that progress has come fast enough. I want to be honest about that. Because it's important to be honest amongst friends."

There could be many crimes being committed here. Can you say government fraud, multiple conspiracies, kickbacks, tax evasion (all of it to facilitate money laundering)? Conspiracy counts alone might include mail fraud, electronic fraud, and accounting fraud. L/E might consider:

(a) conspiracy to defraud the IRS, and evade US banking laws,

(b) international money laundering,

(c) conspiracy to commit money laundering, and,

(d) aiding and abetting the preparation of false federal/state income tax returns.

Authorities might examine receipts that may involve multiple conspiracies and transfers of govt funds as part of a money-laundering conspiracy.

Government audits might show off-the-books bank accounts that were accessed solely by insiders, and that government-funds were used in various illegal schemes that might have integrated:

(1) money laundering,

(2) tax evasion (stolen money is taxable),

(3) violations of US banking and currency laws,

(4) conspiracy to commit wire fraud,

(5) commercial bribery in various financial schemes,

(6) establishing secret offshore bank accounts outside the purview of the IRS and US banking laws,

(7) fraudulent and casual accounting practices,

(8) non-existent financial oversight,

(9) having a hidden financial interest in companies faking business with the company,

(10) putting phantom employees on the payroll (money laundering).

It could be postulated that co-conspirators were laundering govt monies several ways. There's a zillion ways to launder money.

Govt monies could have been disguised by crooked re-routing methods. Govt vendors ompany may have routed the scheme through telephone lines with a maze of complex telecommunications' systems equipped with call-forwarding and voice mail systems, and numerous postal and commercial mail boxes..........and perhaps money-transfer systems that operate in ethnic enclaves and places like NYC's Diamond District.

Investigators may discover numerous falsified official documents.

Govt monies could have been disguised by re-routing through a network of domestic and international bank accounts using counterfeit checks.....opening commercial bank accounts in the name of bogus businesses and wire-transferring and/or depositing gov't checks into those accounts.

Phony checks could have had invalid bank routing numbers, forged endorsements, or been drawn on the proceeds of other counterfeit checks deposited in other bank accounts. Before banks discovered the fraud, the funds might have been transferred out of the accounts……probably offshore----leaving banks unable to recoup their losses.

State and federal tax authorities could have been swindled. In an international scheme with offshore ties, co-conspirators or subsets of them, might have obtained hundreds of taxpayer identification numbers for phantom citizens with worldwide addresses, and used the information to evade US taxes and banking laws.

In a classic fraud, co-conspirators might keep two (or more) sets of govt books.

ACTIONABLE OFFENSES MIGHT INCLUDE:
(1) Encouraging the filing of false documents;
(2) Rigging funding to benefit a "special interest."
(3) Forcing taxpayers to underwrite crimes against the state without their knowledge or consent (constitutes the crime of second degree coercion of taxpayers.
(4) Not reporting crimes against the state (aiding and abetting).
(5) Conspiracy.
(6) Conspiracy to collude.

She said Americans tend to forget every eight to twelve years whats its like to have a Democrat in The White House and so every few years they put one in and find out whats it’s like to have a Democrat in the White House.
