Of course not. Obama has the votes and the bill now.
DON STEWART, McCONNELL SPOKESMAN: Republicans have been trying to set up a meeting with Senate Democrats since yesterday to discuss this fatal point of order but have been met with nothing but silence. We suspect Democrats are slow walking us so as to have the House vote first. Since Senate Democrats refuse to meet with us and the Parliamentarian, weve informed our colleagues in the House that we believe the bill theyre now considering violates the clear language of Section 310g of the Congressional Budget Act, and the entire reconciliation bill is subject to a point of order and rejection in the Senate should it pass the House.
Think again

Of course it won’t. Rush has been saying this for a week. House passes it. Obasturd signs it. Then the Demonkats and their lapdog media never speak a word about it again.
bump
but this doesn’t matter, because the bill’s law as soon as it passes the house.....right?
well, watching C-Span, HOUSE RULES were ignored, so unless the “Rules” are enforced, there may be no story, thus, no link forthcoming from Drudge.
Stupak has just become a TEA PARTY TARGET.....may God have mercy on his Soul....unless he realizes he’s been F...eD over in a few more weeks.
The House GOP needs to shout this from their desktops in the chamber now. There is still time to effect the votes
correct
Bait and switch. Just part of the Democrat MO.
Yawn. Since when have rules and law stopped the dems? This is just a worthless teaser story by Drudge to generate publicity for his site.
It doesn’t matter the Senate bill will be law by tomorrow
Yeah, it’s DOA.......again.
Well, DUH!!!!
When the House passes the Senate bill, it is over. There will be no “fixes”.

If the house passes the Senate Bill then the Resident in Thief can sign it and it becomes law. Many people in the house are voting on this with the expectation that it will go to reconciliation. With no reconciliation possible many of the kickbacks will remain law.
The bill now goes to the Oval Office.
That EO will be rescinded by tomorrow I bet.
Of course it won't advance. As far as the Senate is concerned, the bill had already been fixed. The Senate already got everything they wanted. They have no incentive to change it. But then the House Democrats knew this already.
