True, the female Capital Police Officer didn’t react in any way to the “spitting incident”. But why did the man leave and then bring back a male Capital Police Officer? And then be unable to identify the “spitter”.

Looking at the comments below the clip, someone named "Tea Party Patriot" made a vulgar and racial remark. The agents provacateur (sp?) are out in force. I predict a Reichstag Fire-type incident in our future.

Interesting also, is the video showing the return with a cop to find the “spitter” routine; and the video confirms that the “Spitter” hadn’t moved ... but the congresscritter (looking around while right next to “spitter”) kept looking around and pointing elsewhere.
