ABC News' Teddy Davis reports:
Sarah Palin is hammering President Obama for putting unprecedented limits on the use of U.S. nuclear weapons, comparing him to a kid in a playground who is asking for a punch in the face.
"It's unbelievable. Unbelievable," said Palin on Wednesday evening while appearing on Sean Hannity's Fox News program. "No administration in America's history would, I think, ever have considered such a step that we just found out President Obama is supporting today. It's kinda like getting out there on a playground, a bunch of kids, getting ready to fight, and one of the kids saying, 'Go ahead, punch me in the face and I'm not going to retaliate. Go ahead and do what you want to with me.'
"No, it's unacceptable," she continued. "This is another thing that the American public, the more that they find out, what is a part of this agenda, they are going to rise up and they are going to say 'no more.' National security, national defense is the No. 1 job of the federal government."
Palin, who is a Fox News contributor, made her remarks while appearing with Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., on a special edition of Hannity's program. The conservative Fox News anchor brought his show to Minneapolis and conducted it in front of an enormous audience of people who had just attended a Palin-Bachmann rally.
At one point in the interview, Palin turned to the crowd and asked them if they wanted the U.S. to keep all options on the table when it came to national defense.
The crowd roared its approval of Palin's position.
Switching gears, Hannity asked Palin about embattled Republican National Committee chairman Michael Steele. She was quick to characterize him as a fellow party outsider.
"I think he is doing a great job," said Palin.
While she appeared to reject the idea of dumping Steele part-way through his term, the former Alaska governor did note that his term will be up in a few months.
On the domestic front, Palin warned that President Obama and Democratic leaders in Congress were making good on their promise to fundamentally transform the United States away from its free-market origins.
"Steps towards insolvency. Steps towards socialism with some of their programs," said Palin. "We don't want to see that transformation."
Palin predicted that the press -- which she now regularly refers to as the "lame stream media" -- would get "wee weed up" about her warnings.

Go, Sarah, go! I hope she reads FR.
She is definetly the ONLY one that demands and gets attention, I thank God we have her right now no matter what she decides to do later.
I think Palin analogy is flawed. I think this is like a self hating disrespecting person who intentionally commits a crime then when the police show up commits suicide using “death by cop”.
I would pay good money to literally watch Sarah punch President Puss in the face.
I heard her say this last night on Hannity..she is right on the money, yet again. LOVE how she says what she feels not giving a damn about the lamestream media. They are gonna hate her no matter what she says..and she is 100 percent right about Obama..he is putting a target on all of our backs all to appease the muslims
--- Sarah is right.
Obama has pulled down America's pants and lubed up.
She might have something there. If we would get the predicted “Punch in the Face”, then 0bama would find some way/reason to declare martial law and take us further into socialism and/or Marxism.
It’s more like a free kick in the n*ts, but again, Palin has made the argument accessible to people.
He's brewing up his own Reichstag fire.

Let me see if I have this right. Russia agrees to America not developing any missile defense, and in return we agree to eliminate 2/3 of our nuclear capability. Even carter must be blushing.
Obama is that creepy Brother or Son in law that you warned the family about but no one would listen... now after the beatings and rape everyone denied no one wants to talk to you because they know you were right.
I agree. She is one of the very few to keep speaking her mind regardless of the consequences. If you ask me, she is truly a Patriot of the Founding Fathers mold.
I’m hoping that she does not run for president.
It would be better if she were doing exactly what she’s doing right now. As a candidate she might not be able to say the things she says now, without some sort of fallout.
Now she can bomb throw like this and get the media all in a lather. It’s fun to watch them foam at the mouth about her, while she just dances rings around them.
I wish it were that benign. He's asking for 911 to the nth power...
“If we would get the predicted Punch in the Face, then 0bama would find some way/reason to declare martial law and take us further into socialism and/or Marxism.”
Scary times we live in when our lives stand on a hair pin trigger.

That's not too much of a stretch .....

From what I’ve seen of obama, he more likely be the kid who runs and tells the teacher the kiddies are picking on him.
Palin's casts Obama as a child, while your's cast him as a criminal. Both are good in that respect.
It’s comical if it wasn’t so sad. It’s what happens when you (Not you, you) elect community organizers, with no college paper trail, no nothing that ties him remotely to anything classically American, as CAC.
Just hoping that the rest of my fellow Jews (Yes I’m the one Jew that voted for McCain) see through this man, and throw him out come 2012..
