Bless you, sir. The only fault my father had was that he was too nice and decided to let my mother in my life after they divorced. I would have been better off growing up without her. A woman who when I was an adult told me she blamed me for being manipulative and busting up her marriage with my dad...when I was two years old.

Since he says he’s already notified police and the court, your posts don’t make much sense. When someone’s child has been abducted, it’s perfectly normal to follow notification of authorities with any and all public notifications you can think of. It’s not normal to expect someone whose child has just been abducted to just sit around passively waiting for authorities to handle it.
I hope they find mother and child quickly. The bright side is that, assuming they’re found quickly and little Lillian is okay, the “joint custody” thing is almost certainly history. If your wife responded to a court order re child custody by violating it the very next day by absconding with the child, she’s never likely to see the child again without a state social worker in the same room supervising the visit, much less have “joint custody”.

I’m not saying it isn’t challenging. The hardest part is making sure that we all know and understand the distinction between and importance of being a Father first, and being a friend second. I know I’ll make mistakes -I have made many.
There’s no such thing as a, “Perfect Parent.” We all just do the best that we know how to do.
I’ve always wondered why a woman would want to separate a 2 year old child from its father and what they would do with the child once they have it. Parenting a 2 year old is no picnic.
The only reason I can imagine is just pure vengance.

YOUR post makes no sense. Nowhere in the first 26 posts did he say that he contacted the police or the court.
You notice that noob hasn’t responded to anyone that responded to her inane remark? Must have passed out from a lack of oxygen from having her head so far up her backside!
And I have always wondered why women think they are the only ones capable of raising children. Men can just as easily raise a child as a single parent as a woman. I don't know the whole story here but the guy does say it was joint custody, the wife lied about violence which apparently was proved to be a false accusation at which point she took the child and left the area against the custody agreement.

Your post read: “This is the second time in two days I’ve seen somebody run to post something on FR that should have been reported to the police immediately.” Clearly criticizing him for posting here when he “should have” (clearly implies “hasn’t”) reported it to police — when there was absolutely no indication that he hadn’t, and every reason to assume that he had.
He’s been a poster here for over 6 years, and certainly deserves benefit of the doubt when posting about something like this. Imagine if your two year old had been abducted by her mentally unstable other parent, and you immediately notified authorities and then began desperately trying to put the word out every place you could think of, and got a response like that on FR.
