Fox News' Bill O'Reilly is warning that if President Barack Obama ever bypasses Congress and uses his pardon power to make millions of illegal aliens citizens, he could face serious calls for his impeachment.
“If President Obama were to sign an executive order giving illegal aliens amnesty, his career would be over and an impeachment movement would explode,” O'Reilly said Friday night on his “Talking Points” segment during his top-rated Fox show.
At the same time, O'Reilly said he did not believe reports that the Obama administration would grant such a blanket amnesty.
Fox News, however, reported this week: “The Obama administration has been holding behind-the-scenes talks to determine whether the Department of Homeland Security can unilaterally grant legal status on a mass basis to illegal immigrants, a former Bush administration official who spoke with at least three people involved in those talks told FoxNews.com.”

Reports that the Obama administration is weighing ways to circumvent Congress have Republicans worried. On Monday, eight Republican senators sent the president a letter saying they are concerned that he will grant unilateral amnesty to America's illegal immigrant population if his efforts to overhaul current U.S. policy fails in Congress.
The letter called on Obama to abandon any attempt to "unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal aliens in the United States. Such a move would further erode the American public's confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books."

Uh, the Senate does not impeach anybody, the House by the Constitution.
Once impeached, removal from office occurs via trial in the Senate.
Impeachment remains an effective and useful way to take away power if not the office.
He might have the authority to pardon them from punishment for the crime of breaking and entering onto our PROPERTY, at least the crime insofar as it’s been committed up till the date of pardon, but that doesn’t automatically transmute them into citizens. If he says it does, it’s still not valid.

The American people pose no challenge, no resistance, and no objection. Why shouldn’t the marxists be emboldened?
If it comes to your house, or to my house, and the heat is turned up maybe....maybe then we’ll do more than wear funny hats and sing patriotic songs and pin all hopes on November. Something like an actual tea party, you know, where you have a masse tax revolt, and you defund these cloven hoofs in the administration. Yes, there may have to be a price paid, higher than blog blitiching.
He’ll be lucky if that is all that happens to him.

He will ask Lamont Hill and agree with half of it.
Obama cannot grant blanket amnesty and get away with it the same way he was unable to ban all drilling in the gulf. He will lose in court. The presidency does not have that kind of power. That doesn’t mean he won’t try!
He is looking to precipitate a crisis, a civil war, which will be the vehicle for his bringing about a communist revolution in America.

These "Civil War" things are kinda nice, if... you want to see your parents shot, or perhaps you would enjoy cleaning the blood from the walls of youe new home. Maybe you would enjoy camping out in the woods for a few years while everything around you is set aflame. How about a month or two without a Big Mac?
