Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston say they're engaged — and they haven't told her parents yet.
Palin, the daughter of 2008 vice-presidential candidate and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, is featured on the cover of Us Weekly with Johnston, holding their son, 18-month-old Tripp.

BTW...is that kid not absolutely adorable?Yes, he sure is. Comes from good-looking stock. When over 50% of marriages end in divorce, yes, I'd agree; the odds are against them, but prayers for this young couple. When the money runs out, they're going to have to live on something stronger than the buck and luck.

Hopefully Levi's apology was sincere the other day. I hope they can keep a somewhat low profile and work on their relationship for awhile. God does redeem.
Are you seriously trying to convince us that these two are "parents"? They are the biological mother and father but they have yet to show any idea of what a "parent" is.
I'll agree with that. I wish the kids the best for the baby's sake - but this just gives the left something else to make fun of. Of course, kids will be kids - but Sarah's life has some components of a soap opera going on. Totally agree that we don't need another scenario like that in the Whitehouse.

Probably so, but the second headline really irked me: “I hope my mom will accept us.” I think Sarah Palin has shown a lot of grace, restraint, and acceptance up till now and that statement reads to me as rather disrespectful from her daughter. You have to hope it works out, despite what look to be pretty overwhelming odds....
She really is a stupid little girl isn’t she? This will only end in heartbreak and embarassment for her.

She didn’t run out and tell the MSM. US Weekly is reporting this garbage and the MSM picked it up. Just like they did with the whole Sarah isn’t really the mother of Trig story.

This engagement stuff is silly. They should have got married as soon as Bristol found out she was pregnant. Now, they should get married immediately.
This is exactly what I thought, when I heard Meredith Viera snidely remark this morning that 'this might be the first time Sarah hears the news about her daughter'....
This kid knows the Palins are now millionaires and he will sponge as much as he can....
