Let’s hope this is true and enough to squelch her nomination.

Indeed. If this is investigated, a paper trail found and verified, she SHOULD be disbarred. One can only hope.

Gosh, this just might work, but Larry really needs some more money. Better send him a contribution ASAP!

"I don’t particularly see what’s so wrong with Kagan."

Other than being a extreme liberal with an agenda on the Supreme Court, sure nothing particularly wrong with that. (S)

I don’t particularly see what’s so wrong with Kagan. Isn’t there anything else the administration’s doing to worry about? She’s not awful and no more liberal than JP Stevens.

How big of log have you been hiding under or have you been locked up in the bathroom for the last few months?......

He has filed numerous unsuccessful lawsuits, the most famous ones (18) against the Clinton Administration. Believe me I was hoping he would be successful against the Clinton Administration, but he is a loser

Only problem is there is no requirement to be an attorney in order to be a justice on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Thank God someone is doing this. It has been bothering me ever since I heard of her falsifying that report.

If we acted like these people we would be in jail.

This is potentially a very strong strike against Kagan.

Too bad Loser Larry is running it.

Here are a few selected FReeper comments to date:

In another article, titled “Regulation of Hate Speech and Pornography After R.A.V,” she writes, “I take it as a given that we live in a society marred by racial and gender inequality, that certain forms of speech perpetuate and promote this inequality, and that the un-coerced disappearance of such speech would be cause for great elation.”
Solicitor General Elena Kagan, President Barack Obama’s nominee to replace retiring Justice John Paul Stevens on the Supreme Court, helped craft President Bill Clinton’s political strategy for sustaining his veto of the partial-birth abortion ban in 1997. As a result of Clinton’s successful veto that year, the ban was not enacted until 2003, when it was signed by President George Bush.
I can settle the question for everyone on the site.(Harvard Connections, you know.) Kagan is gayer than Christmas in Port-au-Prince.

She’s in the back of the closet, just like Barney Frank was until he was outed and heroically made a virtue out of being a god-curséd sodomite SOB, as well as a crook.

Now, about her hard-core, real-orders-from-the-Kremlin-belong-to-a-cell, commie family. Dad was a big time commie union infiltrator.

Mommie was a commie.

Bro still is a big-time commie.

These Kagans are NYC commies from the 1930’s, 1940’s, type of people. Elena? Red Diaper baby type. Can sing the “Internationale,” but not the SSB.

Pull the old Kagan FBI Files.

Look ‘em up in the VENONA files. I hope every Republican Senator does.

You don’t have to have very many brain cells to know that Elena Kagan is a Pluto-bound abortion-loving socialist. The thought of that grinning overfed New York bull dyke on our Supreme Court for the next 30-40 years makes me weep for my country.
Chief Justice Roberts:

Kagan Asked Court to ‘Embrace Theory of First Amendment That Would Allow Censorship Not Only of Radio and Television Broadcasts, But Pamphlets and Posters’

Her heroes: Abner Mikva, Thurgood Marshall, Cass Sunstein (who believes the Constitution requires taxpayers to fund abortion and has proposed abolishing marriage - the pure Communist line since 1917) and Aharon Barak Israeli Supreme Court justice Aharon Barak (who has been called Israel’s “Big Brother”)

I’m well aware that Kagan is liberal, but it’s a seat that is already held by a liberal.

It’s a liberal replacing a liberal, and while she isn’t good she’s not awful...she’s not a Van Jones for example.

I’d like to see someone more conservative but for Obama...forget it.

I’d like to add to my previous post that I don’t see any case in which Stevens and Kagan would vote differently. Whether or not Kagan gets nominated is kind of a moot point; anyone nominated by the current administration will be liberal.

Is it not more important to focus on November and getting some of the liberals out of Congress so that ideas other than those of Obama et al have the light of day?

She’s not awful and no more liberal than JP Stevens.

By virtue of the fact that the Supreme Court is a lifetime appointment, she will extend that far left position, the rulings from it for another thirty or so years. It's not that he would have voted the same TODAY, it's that there is no chance of getting that vote turned right TOMORROW, next year, next decade, etc.

You haven’t been paying attention , she is a useful idiot for Van Jones and Soros , just as Obama is and she has no respect for the constitution... if we get the house and senate it is imperative that impeachment proceedings for buzzy, stevens , Kagan and the rest go forward.

I remember Larry from Clinton days. He sounded intelligent and convincing, but I can’t remember him ever winning anything, so he sounds like a crank now. Can anyone tell me different?

That’s the point - loser Larry doesn’t HAVE to be running it - but somehow he is - the Republicans should be running with this, but they’re NOT. ???

I eventually started to view him as a political corruption lawsuit black hole.

He seemed to file some worthwhile cases...but they ended up going nowhere...but he did manage to get a few depositions...yipeee...

No, just because she doesn’t believe in individual rights, the RKBAs, files falsified documents with the court and has Zer0 judicial experience is no reason to reject her. /s
