I disagree,
1) She believes along with her former patron on the Supreme Court, Thurgood Marshall, that the Court should be able to order ANY ASPECT OF A CITIZEN’s LIFE
2) She effectively refutes the First Amendment
3) She has tried to hide her antipathy for the Second Amendment, but failed
4) She has had ZERO experience as a Judge, and as this article points out has NO concern with politicizing and effectively LYING to the Supreme Court - which whatever is said about Klayman in the past (all of which I do not agree with) if he pulls this off should likely get the CMoH.
5) To date has exhibited a totally NON-judicial approach to the Constitution, effectively stating that ‘activist’ judicial legislation from the bench is a part of her proposed job
There are a number of other compelling reasons why this alleged woman could not be LESS qualified for the position - not to speak of the extraordinary harm she could do to the country during her tenure.

OK, but what if the following happens:

1) Kagan is sunk somehow
2) Obama nominates someone worse like Cass Sunstein
3) The Democrats ram it through during the lame duck session

Bad would be passed up for worse.

Not surprised. Leftist lawyers, especially when working for government, have a tendency to cheat without conscience in the courtroom. To them, the end - winning the case to further their ideological goal - is paramount. The integrity of the institutions in which they work doesn't register in their value system.

When and if they get caught with their proverbial hand in the cookie jar, there are usually no consequences to pay. After all, they are "public servants." In Kagan's case, it is preposterous that she can pull a fraud on the SCOTUS and, rather than being punished, be rewarded with a nomination to it.

There is no-one “worse” , they vote alike. Are you advocating giving up the courts?

Not this idiot again

Your claim is vacuous at best without hard facts to buttress your claim.

Someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court

I'm seeing a pattern. She has actively prevented the Court from seeing critical cases, and deliberately and maliciously altered documents/evidence to distort the Court's outcome on life-and-death issues.

She's perfect for the job as one of our betters, doncha think?

Well if you remove the BAR of excellence for SCOTUS, she fits right in to the Dum qualifications

You are absolutely correct about the Kagan pattern. It has become a typical characteristic of virtually ALL of Obama’s appointees. They seek to destroy the constitution, and America. That is a fact. They are all Alinsky adherants, dedicated to a common fascist Utopian cause, and do not care a wit about representative government.

They are fascists. They traduce America from within.

And we need to stop them before we later will have to go to war against them.No kidding. This is it! We take our nation back or we will have civil disobedience and warfare.

Nov 2nd is the last best chance for peace but few Americans know it.........YET!

But the nation is turning against Obama, ,and now we will see his totalitarian side.

He is a donkey, whether he knows it or not. Every stone thrown at these fascists counts at this point. Why have concern over the nicities of personal preference. Its a sign of RINO-dom.

She is a criminal liar, and Larry Klayman is quite right to bring this suit, although he might have done so earlier.

Kagan’s lie, which she has tried to cover up during the current confirmation process, has been known for some time, but regretably no one but Klayman seems to have realized the full legal implications of her lie.

She wants to be a Supreme Court justice, but she deliberately lied to the Supreme Court in a manner that affected one of their major decisions. (Regretably, SCOTUS may have been thankful that she gave them the opportunity to make that pro-abortion decision with her convenient lie, by a margin of 5 to 4.)

Klayman did quite a bit of good during the clinton years, discovering dirt and publicizing it and embarrassing the Criminal in Chief. But he does, indeed, have a poor record at winning any of his lawsuits. Not necessarily because he’s wrong, but because today’s judges don’t much like this kind of thing—people digging up dirt on prominent politicians and judges.

I saw that!!!! (Were you the one who found it?) That must be why these bozos are running scared. When the repubs. take back the house there will be a lot of questions to answer. I can’t think of one thing that congress did this year that was legal/constitutional/ethical (including Kagan).

But falsifying reports or ethics violations might be grounds for ineligibility as a SCOTUS Justice.

Hardly an idiot or ineffective. Larry Klayman has been more responsible for information being released about the misdeeds of the would-be ruling class than any other 100 people.
