I will repeat the facts one more time.

Columbia / HCA was charged with a series of whistle blower charges from former dis-grunted employees who for the most part were let go for poor performance or upset over not getting a promotion. The Reno justice dept was fishing for all angles to take down the entire health care industry over hillarycare.Clinton used to work for the Justice dept and was deeply involved in the Nixon investigation.
These whistle blowers were usual fortune hunters and losers but gave Reno an excuse to press charges. Reno made her name in Dade county for flashy convictions of so called child care providers / molesters in Dade. Reno fed the Florida media a sea of trash on each defendant. Each one of her convictions were later overturned due to judicial misconduct and insufficient evidence but the innocent defendants were smeared for life. Even Lefty PBS did a special report on this unreal Reno witch-hunt. Flash forward to the Col/HCA Reno witch-hunt and each one of these convictions ( non involving Scott ) were again overturned by the Appeals court again for the same two reasons but the media SMEARS LIVE ON LIKE SCOTTS !
Welcome to the facts.

Crist has always been a RINO & if he wins he’ll vote with the Demonrats! We must make sure that Rubio is FL’s next senator!

One thing you said is correct . . . < snip > . . . and I won’t vote for a Crook.

Did you read ANYTHING I wrote?

If the information I provided is incorrect, please correct me . . . with sources, not just soundbites from the McCollum crowd,

I would love to see Rubio take a clear 50+% of the vote. That would put a sock in the mouth of liberals everywhere. They’d still keep talking, of course, but with a sock in their mouth they’d make less sense than ever.

In an election heavily favoring republicans, Scott should win easily.

If you are right, and I’m wrong, the electorate will know and Scott will win pulling away.

If I’m right and you’re wrong, Scott will get trounced. I don’t think it’s even going to be close. Scott gets trounced and we have to live with a screaming liberal for Gov.

Yep, that’s why I said the ONE THING. I had read everything you cut and pasted before. Along with lots of other stuff that wasn’t so flattering about Scott.

You believe he was forced out because of his opposition to hillary care, I believe he was forced out because he was the CEO of a company that plead guilty to 14 criminal counts and paid a 1.3 billion dollar fine for the biggest medicare fraud case in medicare’s history.

In an election heavily favoring republicans, Scott should win easily.

If I’m right and you’re wrong, Scott will get trounced. I don’t think it’s even going to be close. Scott gets trounced and we have to live with a screaming liberal for Gov.

Well, with lying liars like you spreading lies about the conservative on a conservative forum it's no surprise as to why Scott has his work cut out for him. And it's no wonder he's polling behind Sink. When establishment republicans who believe they're entitled to a particular office lose, they act like petulant children and lapse into a hissy fit that won't end. You, McCollum, and all the other whiny crybabies need to get a grip and realize that you're the ones who will be responsible for ushering in an Obama style governor this fall. You are the problem, not Sink. You continue to lie about Scott on this forum thereby aiding the "screaming liberal" you claim to fear. I don't think you fear the screaming liberal at all. I think you welcome her so you can continue feeling superior. How you have lasted here for as long as you have is a mystery. You are pathetic.

Joe, if Robbin could prove any of the claims made against Scott, he/she would. The fact is Scott played a key role in killing Hillarycare years ago and paid the price. For that, he earns the scorn of conservatives here? That's unacceptable. McCollum aggressively defended Scott, and the industry, against the Reno/Clinton witch hunts and acknowledged that Clinton intentionally created chaos within the medicare regs so he could go after these folks. In this country you are innocent until proven guilty. Scott was never even interviewed and was never charged with any wrongdoing. He wanted to take on the Justice Dept. The Board disagreed because they wanted to avoid the cost of litigation and what might happen to them in front of a jury that looks at industry as a lotto ticket.

Scott left Columbia/HCA in 1997. The company settled with the feds first in 2000 and again in 2003. To think that there was some quid pro quo in 2000, for a guy whop left the company in 1997, is dishonest. Conservatives have formed the circular firing squad once again over information based on lies and deceit. There is no excuse for that because too much is at stake. Scott can win if the whiny and vindictive establishment folks will finally let go of the McCollum entitlement thing and get their eyes back on the ball.

I'm sick and tired of others trying to reason with them using facts (and on the Florida board) in an attempt to win them over. It's not working. Petulance is what it is. It's time to call them what they are. I can't believe some FReepers are allowed to crow about helping to elect a far left radical like Sink. Then they claim that they're sitting it out based on principle? What the....??!! Are these the same principles that will allow for a gun grabbing, pro-abortionist, anti-capitalist, socialized healthcare advocate and Obama sycophant to become governor?

I'm normally pretty reserved on the forum but there is no excuse for what's going on here now.

“establishment republicans who believe they’re entitled to a particular office lose..”

What a joke, you can’t take it that your guy is a crook so you try to brand me an establishment repub? Did you not notice my tag line. I gave CASH to JD, Miller, O’donnell, and Nikki Haley, just to name a few. I GAVE NONE to McCollum, because he is an establishment Repub, I also gave none to Scott, because he’s a crook...

So get over yourself, you’re not the only conservative on the block and just because you drank the Scott koolaid, doesn’t mean everybody did.

Like I said, you vote for your guy, I’ll vote for mine, or in this case NOT VOTE.

When you vote REpublican, regardless of who and what the republican candidate is, that makes YOU a republican, not a conservative.

Sorry man, I’ve voted for my last, lesser of two evils.
Thou I strongly suspect you are right. That are pretty much all crooks. I give money to individual candidates, not the RNC or the RNSC. Gave to JD, Miller, O’Donnell and Haliy to name a few. None to Mcollum and certainly none to Scott.

Can’t wait to vote for Robio over Crist!

"Sorry man, I’ve voted for my last, lesser of two evils."

Well, between Sink and Scott, it isn't much of a contest (hey, she's a dem). But by your actions, you do enhance the probability that we will end up with the greater evil in charge.

Excellent post, Mazda, valid information regarding Rick Scott. Thanks much.

Maybe Goodie-two-shoes will bother to read it. It’s noteworthy that the decision and 1.7 billion dollar fine came years after Scott stepped down.

I am grateful the multi-incumbent, pro NAFTA, pro Gatt, anti-Elian Gonzalez chameleon is not our candidate.

Think, Robbin!

No democrats, no moderate incumbents.

Will Republicans at least keep control of the state legislature?

Yes.The democrats won't be gaining the FL legislature. Or any state legislature. They'll be losing control of ones they already have. Hopefully a lot of them.

I don't know what will happen if they pass a plan and it's vetoed. It could go to the courts. Or they could pass a compromise plan that the witch would sign.

Scott needs to rally. He's got time.
