THIS IS GREAT! Show those POSs who’s boss!
They need 20 legislators for a quorom to vote on budget matters, there are only 19 Republicans.
Agreed! Ship in some warm bodies to fill these positions. Then vote.
One of the RAT Fleas, on MSNBC, just admitted that they ARE holding meetings at that out of state super-secret location. I wonder if there's a punishment applied to their obvious illegal activity.
They are not supposed to represent only one segment of their constituents. They are supposed to represent all of them after the election.
I have a question...if the governor is able to declare these seats abandoned, then does that reduce the number of Senators required to have a quorum? I'm not from Wisconsin so you'll have to excuse my ignorance on the matter.
Good point.
I don’t know WI law-—but those elected are usually compelled to act under specific state constitutional rules.
The Tea Party should also look at:
(1) tax-exempt monies being used illegally by fleeing Dems.
The IRS and the SEC frown on that kind of thing.
(2) the FBI might be notified since the Dems fled across state lines.

Thank you
They need calling.
All of them should be recalled. What cowards.
Great job!
If these Rat Reps spend a dime of tax payer money to escape their mandated tasks, they should be brought up on fraud charges.
Let the union thugs pay for their escape funds.
What would the legal standard be for Dereliction of Duty? Would it apply here? Some form of disciplinary action is called for, to say the least.
Even if it ultimately fails at the ballot box, it puts Democrats on notice that these tactics of running out on your state will not be tolerated by constituents.
Hopefully, some Tea Party Lawyers in Wisconsin will read your post and start a similiar movement:
In October 1861, the Missouri legislature voted to secede and the bill was signed into law by the Governor. However, the North had military control of the state capitol at that time, the legislature continued to flee south to Texas where it stayed for the remainder of the war.
The North refused to recognize the secession (although the Confederates did) and replaced the Missouri legislature with pro-Union politicians.
The legality of most what happened is debatable but there is precedent for (a) replacing state elected politicians who have fled and (b) for the federal government to intervene/meddle.
In the present situation, the former favors the GOP and the latter supports Barack Hussein Obama and his union thugs.
Clean out their offices, fire the aides left behind and lock the doors of their offices would be a good start.
I'm afraid that I cannot take credit for it. It was put out there Thursday, and I "borrowed" it from another thread. It is very good though.
I didn’t see your reply, and I posted a similiar action.
I added fire the aides, they left behind!
“No recall is necessary. THe democrats have violated their oathes of office. The legislature can bar them, the Sargent At Arms can clean OUT their desks, change the locks on their offices, and the Legislature can declare special elections to fill the vacant seats.”
We need to keep reposting the info and precedent.
Thanks again.
On another thread several people state that they only need a majority of those present to pass anything else that does not involve an appropriation of money...i.e. changes in the Senate rules to favor our side, passing concealed carry and similar 2A laws, etc. They should do this now while the RATS are gone.
They won’t. That would take 19 conservatives, not 19 Republicans.
