Personally, I hope it can be resolved peacefully. If a serious revolt happens it will be a bloodbath. I’m sure the young people of Viet Nam are familiar with how to conduct a revolution, unlike the Arabs they have one in living memory. They would have listened as their fathers and grandfathers talked about their experience. They would have been taught at least the basics by government schools and movies. They’d even have Uncle Ho’s “Revolutionary Path” as a guide.
